油基水基及部分分散體系水合物堵管機(jī)理

【摘要】:多相體系水合物堵管規(guī)律作為實(shí)現(xiàn)水合物風(fēng)險控制的關(guān)鍵,一直備受流動安全保障行業(yè)的關(guān)注.本文結(jié)合眾多研究者的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究及理論分析,總結(jié)了部分實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置及實(shí)驗(yàn)方式,概述了油基體系、水基體系及部分分散體系等多相流動體系的水合物堵管規(guī)律,并對后續(xù)研究的開展提出建議.本文指出不同體系水合物的生長及堵管機(jī)理不同,油基體系堵管主要受聚并、壁面黏附及著床等機(jī)理的控制;水基體系堵管主要受著床機(jī)理控制,堵管趨勢最低;部分分散體系堵管主要受膜生長機(jī)理控制,堵管趨勢最高.建議下一步工作可圍繞以下幾點(diǎn)展開:油基體系壁面黏附及著床的理論建模,水基體系水合物生長模型的建立,部分分散體系自由水的量化表征以及考慮不同多相流流型對堵管規(guī)律的影響.
[Abstract]:As the key to realize hydrate risk control, the rule of gas hydrate plugging in multiphase system has been paid more and more attention by the flow safety industry. In this paper, based on the experimental research and theoretical analysis of many researchers, some experimental devices and experimental methods are summarized, and the rules of gas hydrate plugging in oil-base, water-based and partially dispersed multiphase flow systems are summarized. And put forward suggestions for the development of follow-up research. In this paper, it is pointed out that the growth and plugging mechanism of hydrate in different systems are different, the plugging mechanism of oil-based system is mainly controlled by coalescence, wall adhesion and implantation, while the plugging mechanism of water-based system is mainly controlled by the mechanism of implantation, and the trend of plugging is the lowest. The plugging mechanism of partially dispersed system is mainly controlled by the film growth mechanism, and the plugging trend is the highest. It is suggested that further work should be carried out around the following aspects: the theoretical modeling of oil base system wall adhesion and implantation, the establishment of hydrate growth model of water-based system, Quantitative characterization of free water in partially dispersed systems and consideration of the effects of different multiphase flow patterns on pipe plugging.
