微藻水熱液化有機相最佳回收工藝研究

【摘要】:以微擬球藻為原料,研究微藻水熱液化過程中多種參數對水熱液化后有機物回收率的影響,包括溫度、時間、溶劑比和pH等,從而獲得微藻水熱液化后有機物的最佳回收工藝條件。結果顯示,在室溫下進行有機相回收,保證回收溶劑比為20∶1(溶劑/水相不溶物;v/wt)、停留時間為10min、回收pH7,即可達到最佳回收效果。最佳條件下水熱液化有機相的回收率為34%左右,且不同的回收溫度和pH值對回收的有機相組分均會產生影響。
[Abstract]:The effects of various parameters on the recovery of organic matter after hydrothermal liquefaction of microalgae, including temperature, time, solvent ratio and pH, were studied by using Chlorella microphylla as raw material. The optimum recovery conditions of organic matter after hydrothermal liquefaction of microalgae were obtained. The results show that when organic phase is recovered at room temperature, the recovery solvent ratio is 20:1 (solvent / water phase insoluble matter: v / wt) and the residence time is 10 min, the recovery of pH7, can achieve the best recovery effect. The recovery rate of the organic phase was about 34% under the optimum conditions, and the recovery temperature and pH value had an effect on the recovery of the organic phase.
