【摘要】：法蘭盤是石油井口設(shè)備中的關(guān)鍵零件。根據(jù)準(zhǔn)815mm法蘭盤的工況,采用力學(xué)性能檢測(cè)、顯微組織和斷口分析等方法對(duì)其斷裂失效的原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:由于法蘭盤組織中存在混晶,降低其力學(xué)性能;同時(shí),由于熱加工工藝不當(dāng),使熱應(yīng)力在厚大部位依次累積增大超過(guò)其熱強(qiáng)度而產(chǎn)生微裂紋,在加壓試驗(yàn)時(shí),應(yīng)力誘發(fā)引起裂紋快速擴(kuò)展,沿徑向從中間向兩邊擴(kuò)展而斷裂失效。
[Abstract]:The flange is the key part in the oil well head equipment. According to the working conditions of the quasi 815mm flange, the causes of fracture failure were analyzed by means of mechanical property test, microstructure analysis and fracture analysis. The results show that due to the existence of mixed crystals in flange structure, the mechanical properties of flange flanges are reduced, and at the same time, due to improper hot working technology, the thermal stress accumulates and exceeds its thermal strength in order to produce microcracks in the thick and large parts of the flange. Stress induced crack propagates rapidly and propagates from middle to both sides along radial direction, which leads to fracture failure.
