體積壓裂液黏土穩(wěn)定劑的研制與評價(jià)

【摘要】:由于黏土礦物的水化膨脹影響了體積壓裂的施工效果并且體積壓裂需要大量的壓裂液,常用的黏土穩(wěn)定劑應(yīng)用限制較大,對應(yīng)用效果更好的黏土穩(wěn)定劑有著迫切需求。隨著季銨鹽黏土穩(wěn)定劑技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,出現(xiàn)了具有不同結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的新型黏土穩(wěn)定劑。本文結(jié)合體積壓裂的施工中壓裂液配制特點(diǎn),室內(nèi)合成了黏土穩(wěn)定劑PA1、PA2、CETPA,對黏土穩(wěn)定劑PA1、PA2、CETPA合成條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,得出了PA1的最佳合成條件:溫度60℃、時(shí)間5h、催化劑濃度為1%,環(huán)氧氯丙烷與甲基乙基胺的摩爾比為1:1;PA2的條件:反應(yīng)溫度70℃、反應(yīng)物的摩爾比1:1、反應(yīng)時(shí)間4h、反應(yīng)物濃度30%,催化劑濃度為1.0%;CETPA的條件:二氯乙烷、三丙胺摩爾比為1:1,催化劑濃度0.8%,反應(yīng)溫度55℃。合成的黏土穩(wěn)定劑與地層水的配伍性良好。具有較高的黏土水化抑制性:離心法測量1%質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的PA1、PA2、CETPA黏土穩(wěn)定劑的防膨率分別為93.4%,91.9%,89.4%。PA1、PA2、CETPA黏土穩(wěn)定劑的巖芯流動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明合成的PA1、PA2、CETPA黏土穩(wěn)定劑對低滲巖芯的滲透率傷害較小,可以用作超低滲地層的壓裂黏土穩(wěn)定劑。進(jìn)行了CETPA黏土穩(wěn)定劑與壓裂液配伍性評價(jià),比較了其對壓裂液的抗剪切性能、破膠性、地層損害能力的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明CETPA黏土穩(wěn)定劑對壓裂液配伍性能良好。CETPA能夠作為體積壓裂液黏土穩(wěn)定劑使用。
