廢植物油脂與廢聚乙烯塑料共裂解制備燃油研究

【摘要】:研究在高壓反應(yīng)釜中,利用Zr O2/Al2O3/Ti O2多晶泡沫陶瓷催化劑,催化廢植物油脂與廢聚乙烯塑料共裂解制備燃油?疾炝藴囟、時間、催化劑添加比例、物料質(zhì)量比等因素對廢植物油脂與廢聚乙烯塑料共裂解制備燃油的影響。得到適宜的制備條件為反應(yīng)溫度430℃、反應(yīng)時間40 min、催化劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)15%、物料質(zhì)量比1∶1,在此條件下,液體產(chǎn)物產(chǎn)率為65.9%。GC-MS分析表明,裂解液體中飽和烴類產(chǎn)物峰面積比例接近100%,其中97.85%為直鏈烷烴,并初步推斷了廢植物油脂與廢聚乙烯塑料共裂解機理。產(chǎn)物的部分燃料油性能測定結(jié)果表明,裂解燃油熱值明顯高于生物柴油與0號柴油,密度和運動黏度符合0號柴油的標準,冷凝點和冷濾點均優(yōu)于生物柴油,低溫流動性好。
