F1600泥漿泵中間拉桿與活塞桿穩(wěn)定性屈曲分析

【摘要】:利用ANSYSY對(duì)活塞桿與中間拉桿進(jìn)行實(shí)體建模,并以特征值屈曲分析和非線性屈曲分析以及歐拉公式對(duì)活塞桿與中間拉桿進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析求解臨界載荷。結(jié)果表明,特征值屈曲分析與歐拉公式設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的臨界載荷結(jié)果基本一致,而非線性屈曲分析結(jié)果較小。計(jì)算結(jié)果具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,也為結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The solid model of piston rod and intermediate pull rod is established by ANSYSY, and the critical load is solved by using eigenvalue buckling analysis, nonlinear buckling analysis and Euler formula to analyze the stability of piston rod and intermediate pull bar. The results show that the eigenvalue buckling analysis is basically consistent with the critical load calculated by Euler's formula, but the nonlinear buckling analysis results are smaller. The calculation results have some guiding significance, and also lay the foundation for the design improvement and optimization of the structure.
