泥頁巖井壁失穩(wěn)預(yù)警理論與方法研究

【摘要】:泥頁巖井壁失穩(wěn)一直是鉆井現(xiàn)場十分關(guān)注而未能很好解決的工程技術(shù)問題。如何在鉆井施工過程中及早地發(fā)現(xiàn)井壁失穩(wěn)的征兆,有效地預(yù)防和控制井壁失穩(wěn)引發(fā)的各種復(fù)雜和事故,是鉆井工程技術(shù)人員孜孜以求的目標(biāo)。因此,在現(xiàn)代鉆井的技術(shù)背景下,深入研究井壁失穩(wěn)的預(yù)警理論和方法具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文旨在提出一種基于地質(zhì)與工程相結(jié)合的泥頁巖井壁失穩(wěn)預(yù)警思路和方法,并結(jié)合計算機(jī)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)工具實現(xiàn)預(yù)警軟件系統(tǒng)的研制和^u發(fā)。論文首先調(diào)研并分析了泥頁巖井壁失穩(wěn)的機(jī)理及成因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了地質(zhì)和工程相結(jié)合的預(yù)警總體思路,著重闡述了三維地質(zhì)力學(xué)模型的建立過程及沿井眼地質(zhì)參數(shù)的抽取,結(jié)合獲取的地質(zhì)參數(shù)和現(xiàn)場施工的工程參數(shù)建立井壁失穩(wěn)預(yù)警模型,提出預(yù)警的量化分級方法,最后利用計算機(jī)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了泥頁巖井壁失穩(wěn)預(yù)警軟件系統(tǒng)的部分^u發(fā)。泥頁巖井壁失穩(wěn)的預(yù)警較為復(fù)雜,本文僅僅從地質(zhì)和工程相結(jié)合的角度提出了預(yù)警的總體設(shè)想和部分實現(xiàn),尚有諸多因素沒有考慮,需要進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行探索和研究。
[Abstract]:Shale shaft wall instability has always been an engineering technical problem which has been paid close attention to and failed to solve. How to find the signs of shaft wall instability and effectively prevent and control all kinds of complications and accidents caused by wellbore instability during drilling construction is the goal of drilling engineering technicians. Therefore, under the background of modern drilling technology, it is of great practical significance to deeply study the theory and method of early warning of wellbore instability. The purpose of this paper is to put forward an idea and method for early warning of mud shale shaft wall instability based on the combination of geology and engineering, and to realize the development and development of early warning software system combined with relevant tools in the field of computer. Firstly, the mechanism and cause of shale shaft wall instability are investigated and analyzed in this paper. On the basis of this, a general idea of early warning combined with geology and engineering is put forward. The establishment process of 3D geomechanical model and the extraction of geological parameters along borehole are expounded emphatically. Combined with the obtained geological parameters and the engineering parameters of field construction, the early warning model of shaft wall instability is established, and the quantitative classification method of early warning is put forward. Finally, a part of the early warning software system of shale shaft wall instability is realized by using the related technology in computer field. The early warning of shale shaft wall instability is more complicated. This paper only puts forward the overall assumption and partial realization of early warning from the angle of combining geology and engineering. There are still many factors that have not been considered and need to be further explored and studied.
