欠平衡鉆井應(yīng)用適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:目前欠平衡鉆井技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外取得了較快的發(fā)展,其本身的工藝技術(shù)和專用裝備的進(jìn)步,使其能夠適應(yīng)各種井型和不同循環(huán)流體方式的欠平衡鉆井的要求。但是由于欠平衡鉆井技術(shù)前期應(yīng)用適應(yīng)性的評(píng)價(jià)不夠充分,不夠系統(tǒng),致使其應(yīng)用效果不夠理想,嚴(yán)重影響了該項(xiàng)技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用的范圍和規(guī)模。所以,開展欠平衡鉆井應(yīng)用適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)方法研究是極其必要的。欠平衡鉆井應(yīng)用適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容主要包括應(yīng)用可行性和結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)。應(yīng)用可行性主要是評(píng)價(jià)地質(zhì)適應(yīng)何種欠平衡鉆井方式,從地層孔隙壓力、地層穩(wěn)定性和地層流體產(chǎn)出情況三個(gè)方面開展評(píng)價(jià)分析。根據(jù)地質(zhì)條件判斷能否選擇出合適的欠平衡鉆井方式,能否實(shí)現(xiàn)安全鉆井,進(jìn)而準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測出欠平衡鉆井對(duì)地質(zhì)條件的適應(yīng)性。建立了欠平衡鉆井提速計(jì)算模型和方法,對(duì)欠平衡鉆井提高機(jī)械鉆速的效果實(shí)現(xiàn)了量化預(yù)測評(píng)價(jià)。建立了欠平衡鉆井產(chǎn)能提高計(jì)算模型,對(duì)后期產(chǎn)能提高進(jìn)行了量化預(yù)測計(jì)算評(píng)價(jià)。為更準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)欠平衡鉆井的效果奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),是綜合考慮常規(guī)鉆井和欠平衡鉆井的各種成本構(gòu)成,應(yīng)用欠平衡鉆井鉆速提高計(jì)算模型和產(chǎn)能提高計(jì)算模型,能夠計(jì)算出欠平衡鉆井與常規(guī)鉆井相比的綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有多高。通過欠平衡鉆井應(yīng)用可行性評(píng)價(jià)和經(jīng)濟(jì)適用性分析,就可以對(duì)預(yù)鉆井是否適合應(yīng)用欠平衡鉆井技術(shù),適合應(yīng)用什么類型的欠平衡鉆井,以及應(yīng)用欠平衡鉆井會(huì)產(chǎn)生多大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益做出充分而且系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià),為是否開展欠平衡鉆井和怎樣開展欠平衡鉆井做出更加科學(xué)的決策。
[Abstract]:At present, underbalanced drilling technology has made rapid development at home and abroad, its own process technology and special equipment progress, make it can adapt to the requirements of various types of wells and different ways of circulation fluid underbalanced drilling. However, due to the inadequate evaluation of the application adaptability of the underbalanced drilling technology in the early stage, the application effect is not satisfactory enough, which seriously affects the scope and scale of the application of the technology. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to study the application adaptability evaluation method of underbalanced drilling. The application adaptability evaluation of underbalanced drilling mainly includes application feasibility and adaptability evaluation combined with economic analysis. The feasibility of the application is mainly to evaluate the underbalanced drilling methods for geological adaptation and to carry out evaluation and analysis from three aspects: formation pore pressure, formation stability and formation fluid production. According to the geological conditions, it is possible to select suitable underbalanced drilling methods, to realize safe drilling, and to accurately predict the adaptability of underbalanced drilling to geological conditions. A calculation model and method for raising the speed of underbalanced drilling is established, and the quantitative prediction and evaluation of the effect of improving the drilling speed of underbalanced drilling are realized. The calculation model of productivity improvement in underbalanced drilling is established, and the quantitative prediction and evaluation of productivity increase in later stage are carried out. It lays a theoretical foundation for more accurate evaluation of the effect of underbalanced drilling. Economic evaluation is a comprehensive consideration of the various cost components of conventional drilling and underbalanced drilling, and the application of the calculation model of improving drilling speed and productivity improvement in underbalanced drilling. It can calculate how high the comprehensive economic benefit of underbalanced drilling is compared with conventional drilling. Through the feasibility evaluation and economic applicability analysis of underbalanced drilling, it is possible to determine whether pre-drilling is suitable for the application of underbalanced drilling technology and what type of underbalanced drilling is suitable. And how much economic benefits will be generated from underbalanced drilling can be fully and systematically evaluated to make more scientific decisions on whether or not to carry out underbalanced drilling and how to carry out underbalanced drilling.
