油水井套管探傷應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Based on the casing damage detection in oil and gas field production, the basic theory of electromagnetism and the principle and method of transient electromagnetic method for casing damage detection in production well environment are studied, and the flaw detection model and signal characteristics are analyzed and calculated. It lays a theoretical foundation for applied research. In view of the deficiency of the existing casing damage detection system, the related functional modules are further improved, the winding of the probe is improved, the data sampling scheme is optimized, and the depth measurement accuracy and the reliability of data communication are improved. The cycle of instrument development and debugging is shortened, and the overall stability of the system prototype is improved. Combined with different application fields, by comparing the actual test results, this paper analyzes the effects of system transmitting power, probe coil system design, logging speed, tool eccentricity, magnetic interference and ambient temperature on the transient electromagnetic method for casing damage detection in production wells. The methods of discriminating and correcting these interference factors are discussed. In this paper, the method of inversion and interpretation of casing damage data is studied, the calibration scheme of transient electromagnetic flaw detector, the identification and resolution of defect type, the accuracy and stability of measurement are discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for casing damage imaging. On the basis of theoretical research, a large number of indoor and outdoor tests are carried out, simulation calibration and field logging are carried out, the performance of the tool is verified, and necessary preparations are made for large-scale application research.
