缺陷鉆桿的分級(jí)及再制造研究

【摘要】:目前,鉆井區(qū)域廣泛分布于沙漠及淺灘,多為深井施工作業(yè),井型多以定向井、水平井及叢式井為主。在施工過(guò)程中,由于井深較大,鉆進(jìn)時(shí)地層多變,鉆桿在井下環(huán)境中受力較復(fù)雜,鉆桿磨損、腐蝕等現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重,形成了多種類型的缺陷,鉆桿缺陷引發(fā)的鉆桿失效事故也時(shí)有發(fā)生。鉆井施工對(duì)鉆桿的質(zhì)量要求也十分嚴(yán)格,凡是存在缺陷的鉆桿基本上都降級(jí)或停止使用,導(dǎo)致大量的鉆桿資源閑置,造成資源浪費(fèi)。華北油區(qū)鉆井過(guò)程中使用量較大的常規(guī)鉆桿為5寸鉆桿,因此,本課題主要針對(duì)5寸鉆桿進(jìn)行失效分析,分析了鉆桿的主要缺陷部位及缺陷特征,獲得缺陷鉆桿的狀態(tài)參數(shù),通過(guò)鉆桿的外部和內(nèi)部狀況確定缺陷鉆桿的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)理論分析、數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)用于再制造的鉆桿管體進(jìn)行可靠性評(píng)價(jià)。根據(jù)缺陷鉆桿的檢測(cè)結(jié)果,優(yōu)選出可用于再制造的一級(jí)、二級(jí)缺陷鉆桿管體用于鉆桿的再制造。制定缺陷鉆桿的再制造技術(shù)方案,確定缺陷鉆桿的再制造工藝流程及相關(guān)工藝參數(shù),并選配了再制造裝置。將再制造的鉆桿進(jìn)行拉力試驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用試驗(yàn),完善摩擦焊接的工藝參數(shù),同時(shí)對(duì)制造效果進(jìn)行分析,再制造鉆桿的機(jī)械性能滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
[Abstract]:At present, drilling area is widely distributed in desert and shoal, mostly deep well operation, well type is mainly directional well, horizontal well and cluster well. In the process of construction, due to the large depth of well, the changeable formation during drilling, the complicated force of drill pipe in the downhole environment, the serious phenomenon of drill pipe wear, corrosion and so on, many kinds of defects have been formed. The failure accident of drill pipe caused by drill pipe defect also happens from time to time. The quality requirement of drilling pipe is also very strict. All defective drill pipes are basically degraded or stopped in use, resulting in a large number of drilling pipe resources idle, resulting in waste of resources. The conventional drill pipe used in North China oil drilling area is 5 inch drill pipe. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the failure of 5 inch drill pipe, analyzes the main defect position and defect characteristics of drill pipe, and obtains the state parameters of defective drill pipe. The classification standard of defective drill pipe is determined by the external and internal conditions of the drill pipe. The reliability of the drill pipe body used for remanufacturing is evaluated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. According to the test results of defective drill pipe, the first grade and the second grade defective drill pipe can be selected for remanufacture. The remanufacturing technology scheme of defective drill pipe was established, and the remanufacturing process and related technological parameters were determined, and the remanufacturing device was selected. In order to improve the process parameters of friction welding, the mechanical properties of the remanufactured drill pipe can meet the requirements of the standard, and the mechanical properties of the remanufactured drill pipe can meet the requirements of the standard.
