響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化生物柴油的氧化脫色工藝

【摘要】:脫色環(huán)節(jié)是生物柴油精煉的一個重要部分。以廢動植物油制備的生物柴油為脫色對象,通過氧化脫色研究了脫色劑種類、脫色劑用量、脫色溫度、脫色時間、攪拌速度對生物柴油脫色率的影響。以脫色率為考察指標(biāo),在單因素試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,采用中心組合試驗設(shè)計及響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化了生物柴油的脫色工藝。結(jié)果表明:過氧化苯甲酰的脫色效果最好,在脫色溫度80.8℃、脫色時間45 min、過氧化苯甲酰用量為生物柴油質(zhì)量的32.1%、攪拌速度200 r/min條件下,生物柴油脫色率達到45.31%。
[Abstract]:Decolorization is an important part of biodiesel refining. The effects of decolorizing agent, amount of decolorizing agent, decolorizing temperature, decolorizing time and stirring speed on the decolorization rate of biodiesel were studied by oxidative decolorization of biodiesel prepared from waste animal and vegetable oil. The decolorization process of biodiesel was optimized by using the design of central combination test and response surface method on the basis of single factor test. The results showed that the decolorization effect of benzoyl peroxide was the best. The decolorization rate of biodiesel reached 45.31 at the decolorizing temperature of 80.8 鈩,
