秸稈炭基固體酸催化廢油脂制備生物柴油

【摘要】:以秸稈為原料,采用炭化-磺化法制備了秸稈炭基固體酸,通過FTIR、XRD、SEM、EDS、TGA及DSC對秸稈炭基固體酸進行表征,并將其用于催化高酸值廢油脂與甲醇酯交換制備生物柴油,對反應(yīng)條件進行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:磺酸基團被引入秸稈炭表面;當醇油摩爾比18∶1、催化劑用量為廢油脂質(zhì)量的5%、反應(yīng)溫度85℃、反應(yīng)時間8 h時,脂肪酸甲酯收率可達97.2%;秸稈炭基固體酸重復(fù)使用6次后,脂肪酸甲酯收率仍在82%以上。
[Abstract]:Carbon based solid acids from straw were prepared by carbonization and sulfonation method. The carbon based solid acids of straw were characterized by FTIR, XRDX, SEM, EDSGA and DSC, and were used to catalyze the transesterification of waste oils with high acid value to produce biodiesel.
