薩中開發(fā)區(qū)東部二類油層聚合物驅(qū)注入標準研究

【摘要】:薩中開發(fā)區(qū)自1999年以來,通過現(xiàn)場試驗、對象優(yōu)化、井距優(yōu)化、注劑優(yōu)化及注入?yún)?shù)優(yōu)化,二類油層三次采油技術(shù)已經(jīng)逐步成熟。至2013年9月已有七個區(qū)塊開展了二類油層聚合物驅(qū),開采層位薩Ⅱ10~薩Ⅲ10,注采井距由175m縮小到150m、125m,年產(chǎn)油量占聚合物驅(qū)總產(chǎn)量的40%左右。以及油田公司技術(shù)座談會形成的同期分質(zhì)、交替注入不同分子量、不同濃度聚合物是實現(xiàn)最大幅度提高采收率、最佳經(jīng)濟效益的有效手段共識,在參數(shù)設計中以聚合物驅(qū)油室內(nèi)研究成果、礦場實踐經(jīng)驗以及數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果為依據(jù),借鑒礦場交替注入試驗區(qū)的經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合中區(qū)東部二類油層層內(nèi)、層間、井間、站間差異,對單井分子量實施個性化交替注入設計。中區(qū)東部薩Ⅱ10~薩Ⅲ10二類油層聚合物驅(qū)驅(qū)油方案,依據(jù)室內(nèi)實驗和已開展的二類油層聚合物驅(qū)礦場經(jīng)驗,采取聚合物分子量整體優(yōu)化設計、注入?yún)?shù)井組個性化設計、按井組不同類型設計交替注入段塞及優(yōu)化段塞組合的驅(qū)油方式。中區(qū)東部葡一組主力油層聚合物驅(qū)結(jié)束后,根據(jù)油田公司“十二五”期間二類油層三次采油全部實施聚合物驅(qū)的要求,于2011年5月編制完成中區(qū)東部二類油層三次采油油藏工程方案,按照油藏工程方案設計中區(qū)東部層段組合分三段開發(fā),首次開采層段為薩Ⅱ10~薩Ⅲ10。區(qū)塊含油面積7.28km2,油水井422口,206注216采,注采井距125×133m。射開砂巖厚度18.0m,有效厚度10.3m,平均有效滲透率0.572μm2。按照規(guī)劃安排區(qū)塊于2011年11月鉆井、基建,2012年6月新井投產(chǎn)進入空白水驅(qū),預計2013年10月實施二類油層聚合物驅(qū)。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, through field test, object optimization, well spacing optimization, injection agent optimization and injection parameter optimization, the tertiary oil recovery technology of the second class reservoir has been gradually matured. By September 2013, seven blocks had developed the second class polymer flooding, and the interval between injection and production was reduced from 175m to 150m ~ 125m, and the annual oil production was about 40% of the total production of polymer flooding. As well as the consensus that the simultaneous separation of quality, alternating injection of different molecular weight and different concentrations of polymers formed at the technical forum of oil field companies is an effective means to maximize oil recovery and achieve the best economic benefits. Based on the laboratory research results of polymer flooding, field practice and numerical simulation results, the paper draws lessons from the experience of the field alternating injection test area, and combines the differences among the second class oil layers, wells and stations in the eastern part of the central area.
