TUD-DNS ODEP脫硝助劑在非完全再生催化裂化裝置的應用

【摘要】：介紹了TUD-DNS ODEP脫硝助劑在中國石化廣州分公司重油催化裂化裝置的應用情況。結果表明:針對非完全再生工況,當助劑占系統(tǒng)催化劑藏量的2.54%(w)時,煙氣中NO_x濃度由加劑前的210mg/m~3左右降至加劑后的110mg/m~3左右,脫硝率基本維持在48%左右;降低CO焚燒爐溫度有利于提高NO_x的脫除率;助劑的加入對裝置操作、產(chǎn)品分布、產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)無不良影響。
[Abstract]:The application of TUD-DNS ODEP denitrification auxiliaries in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Sinopec Guangzhou Branch is introduced. The results show that under the condition of incomplete regeneration, the concentration of NO_x in flue gas decreases from 210mg/m~3 before adding agent to 110mg/m~3 after adding catalyst, and the denitrification rate is about 48%. Lowering the temperature of CO incinerator can improve the removal rate of NO_x, and the addition of auxiliaries has no adverse effect on plant operation, product distribution and product properties.
