改性乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物對水泥漿性能的影響

【摘要】:針對水泥環(huán)脆性較高,在固井后的施工作業(yè)中其完整性易遭受破壞的問題,將用太古油改性的EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)作為增韌材料加入油井水泥中,研究了其對油井水泥漿體系常規(guī)性能和力學性能的影響,分析了其對水泥石力學特性的影響機理。結果表明,改性EVA與水泥漿的相容性較好,其對漿體的流動性、失水量影響較小,水泥漿稠化時間隨改性EVA摻量增加而延長;改性EVA對水泥石抗壓強度影響較小,但能提高水泥石的抗折強度和韌性,當改性EVA加量為3%時,水泥石75℃養(yǎng)護3 d的抗折強度提高4.4%,壓折比減小28.0%,摻量為4%時,水泥石彈性模量降低39.5%。改性EVA水解產物和水泥水化產物相結合,生成的晶體和脫水聚合物使水泥石內部結構更加致密,減小或消除了水泥石內應力集中,阻止了裂縫擴展,改善了水泥石的力學特性。
[Abstract]:In view of the high brittleness of cement ring and the easily damaged integrity of cement after cementing, the EVA (vinyl acetate copolymer) modified by Swire oil was added to oil well cement as toughening material. The influence of the cement slurry on the conventional and mechanical properties of the cement slurry system was studied, and the mechanism of its influence on the mechanical properties of cement paste was analyzed. The results show that the compatibility of modified EVA with cement slurry is better, the influence of modified EVA on the fluidity and water loss of cement paste is small, the thickening time of cement slurry is prolonged with the increase of modified EVA content, and the influence of modified EVA on compressive strength of cement stone is small.
