北美白堊系烴源巖發(fā)育特征與油氣分布關(guān)系

【摘要】:北美白堊系地層是北美油氣發(fā)育的主力烴源巖層之一,目前已發(fā)現(xiàn)多個(gè)與之相關(guān)的常規(guī)和非常規(guī)大油氣田。北美白堊系烴源巖主要分布在北美西部的落基山山前帶和墨西哥灣地區(qū),巖性以頁巖為主,縱向上主要有Aptian-Albian階、Turonian階和Campanian階3套,有機(jī)質(zhì)豐度介于1%~8%之間,有機(jī)質(zhì)類型以Ⅱ2型為主,Ⅱ1型和Ⅲ型次之,以Mowry、Niobrara、Eagle Ford頁巖為典型代表,大部分處于低熟-成熟階段。落基山山前帶受沖斷帶影響,盆地呈西氣東油格局,而墨西哥灣地區(qū)則為南氣北油的格局。良好烴源巖層也為非常規(guī)油氣聚集區(qū)提供了大量的油氣,以Eagle Ford頁巖油氣為典型代表。落基山北部西加盆地以地層巖性圈閉為主,中部構(gòu)造圈閉和地層巖性圈閉并重,墨西哥灣地區(qū)受鹽底辟作用以構(gòu)造圈閉為主。在落基山山前帶遠(yuǎn)離造山帶一側(cè)和墨西哥灣北側(cè)鹽底辟不發(fā)育的緩坡,為致密油、頁巖氣等非常規(guī)油氣資源富集區(qū),且潛力巨大。北美白堊系的勘探對(duì)其他地區(qū)的勘探具有良好的指導(dǎo)意義。
