深水鉆井平臺集成監(jiān)控技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:深水鉆井平臺的出現(xiàn)與使用成功地實(shí)現(xiàn)了對海洋豐富油氣資源的開采,有效緩解了陸地資源匱乏帶來的能源危機(jī)。但由于深水鉆井平臺遠(yuǎn)離陸地作業(yè),海況變化多端,整個作業(yè)平臺龐大而又復(fù)雜,所以對整個鉆井平臺進(jìn)行實(shí)時的監(jiān)控以保證其安全高效的作業(yè)非常重要。本文主要研究構(gòu)建深水鉆井平臺的集成監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)所使用的相關(guān)技術(shù),利用現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)、OPC技術(shù)、LabVIEW軟件、KEPserverEX以及西門子PLC等完成集成監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的搭建與運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控功能。完成的主要工作有:(1)研究了目前最為先進(jìn)的深水鉆井平臺—第六代半潛式鉆井平臺,對其結(jié)構(gòu)、組成、特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行介紹。結(jié)合鉆井平臺特點(diǎn)分析了集成監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計需求與功能,分別從軟硬件兩個方面闡述設(shè)計的思路。(2)研究設(shè)計了本文的集成監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),采用包含現(xiàn)場設(shè)備層、監(jiān)控層、應(yīng)用層三層網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)。分別對各層網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用的具體形式進(jìn)行分析比較,最后決定三層網(wǎng)絡(luò)分別使用Profibus現(xiàn)場總線,環(huán)形冗余工業(yè)以太網(wǎng),商業(yè)以太網(wǎng)三種網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。另外還構(gòu)建了一個無線局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一個補(bǔ)充,使得工作人員可以隨時隨地通過移動終端對平臺參數(shù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。(3)在監(jiān)控軟件總體的設(shè)計思路和具體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)決定之后,分別對鉆井平臺上的壓載、鉆井、安全關(guān)斷三個子系統(tǒng)從概況、特點(diǎn)到主要的監(jiān)控參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。研究了各個子系統(tǒng)中參數(shù)間的控制邏輯關(guān)系,達(dá)到監(jiān)控軟件操作控制設(shè)備的目的。(4)基于LabVIEW開發(fā)設(shè)計了上位機(jī)客戶端的監(jiān)控界面模塊、曲線模塊、報警模塊、數(shù)據(jù)查詢模塊,利用KEPserverEX作為OPC服務(wù)器負(fù)責(zé)連接上位機(jī)與以西門子S7-300PLC作為下位機(jī)的通信工作,完成各個模塊的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。(5)研究了鉆井平臺上無線局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn),從無線網(wǎng)的組成、配置和通訊策略到移動監(jiān)測終端設(shè)備程序開發(fā)等方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,并完成了應(yīng)用程序測試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了無線監(jiān)測平臺數(shù)據(jù)的功能。
[Abstract]:The emergence and use of deepwater drilling platforms have successfully realized the exploitation of rich marine oil and gas resources and effectively alleviated the energy crisis caused by the scarcity of land resources. However, because the deepwater drilling platform is far from the land operation, the sea conditions are changeable, the whole platform is huge and complex, so it is very important to monitor the whole drilling platform in real time to ensure its safe and efficient operation. This paper mainly studies the related technologies used in constructing the integrated monitoring system of deepwater drilling platform. Using the field bus technology, the LabVIEW software KEPserverEX and Siemens PLC are used to complete the construction and operation of the integrated monitoring system and realize the monitoring function of the system. The main works are as follows: (1) the most advanced deep-water drilling platform, the sixth generation semi-submersible drilling platform, is studied, and its structure, composition and characteristics are introduced. Combined with the characteristics of drilling platform, the design requirements and functions of the integrated monitoring system are analyzed, and the design ideas from two aspects of software and hardware are described. (2) the network structure of the integrated monitoring system is designed and the network structure of the integrated monitoring system is designed, which includes the field equipment layer. Monitoring layer, application layer three-tier network structure. Finally, it is decided that the three-layer network uses Profibus fieldbus, ring redundant industrial Ethernet and commercial Ethernet respectively. In addition, a wireless local area network is constructed as a supplement to the wired network. So that the staff can monitor the platform parameters through mobile terminals at any time and anywhere. (3) after the overall design of the monitoring software and the specific network structure are determined, the ballast and drilling on the drilling platform are separately, The three subsystems are summarized from general situation, characteristics to main monitoring parameter data. The control logic relationship among the parameters of each subsystem is studied to achieve the purpose of operating the control equipment of the monitoring software. (4) based on LabVIEW, the monitoring interface module, curve module, alarm module and data query module of the upper computer client are developed and designed. Using KEPserverEX as the OPC server to connect the host computer with Siemens S7-300PLC as the lower computer, the function of each module is realized. (5) the design and implementation of the wireless local area network on the drilling platform is studied, and the composition of the wireless network is discussed. The configuration and communication strategy to the development of mobile monitoring terminal equipment program are designed, and the application program testing is completed. The data function of wireless monitoring platform is realized.
