【摘要】：城市油氣管道穿越城區(qū)街道、建筑和居民區(qū)等特殊地段,保障其安全運(yùn)行具有重要意義。為實(shí)現(xiàn)城市油氣管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)早期預(yù)警,基于城市與野外長輸油氣管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對比分析,識別城市油氣管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警指標(biāo);建立城市油氣管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系,采用區(qū)間層次分析法對預(yù)警指標(biāo)重要度進(jìn)行定量排序,確定關(guān)鍵預(yù)警監(jiān)測點(diǎn);并依據(jù)災(zāi)變鏈?zhǔn)嚼碚?構(gòu)建城市油氣管道重大事故災(zāi)變鏈?zhǔn)侥Ｐ?研究管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)演化過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)災(zāi)變前兆進(jìn)行斷鏈減災(zāi)。研究結(jié)果表明:"腐蝕"及"第三方破壞"占據(jù)城市油氣管道失效致因比重最大,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子"油氣管道與市政管道距離"以及"城市工程施工作業(yè)"應(yīng)作為城市油氣管道重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測點(diǎn)。同時,圍繞城市油氣管道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警需致力于孕源斷鏈。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of urban oil and gas pipelines through special areas such as streets, buildings and residential areas. In order to realize the early warning of urban oil and gas pipeline risk, based on the comparative analysis of urban and field oil and gas pipeline risk, the risk early warning index of urban oil and gas pipeline is identified, and the early warning index system of urban oil and gas pipeline risk is established. Using interval Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to sort the importance of early warning index quantitatively, to determine the key early warning monitoring points, and according to the catastrophe chain theory, to construct the chain model of urban oil and gas pipeline major accidents, and to study the evolution process of pipeline risk. It is found that the disaster precursor can be reduced by breaking the chain. The results show that "corrosion" and "third party damage" occupy the largest proportion of urban oil and gas pipeline failure. The risk factors such as "distance between oil and gas pipelines and municipal pipelines" and "urban engineering construction operations" should be regarded as the key monitoring points of urban oil and gas pipelines. At the same time, the urban oil and gas pipeline risk early warning should be committed to pregnant source broken chain.
