一種柴油超深度脫硫加氫精制催化劑載體生產(chǎn)過程優(yōu)化

【摘要】:勾了提高一種柴油超深度脫硫加氫精制催化劑(簡稱脫硫加氫精制劑)催化活性與穩(wěn)定性,需要生產(chǎn)一種高比表面積、較小孔體積(0.95±0.05 m1·g-1)的擬薄水鋁石(簡稱干膠粉),用于生產(chǎn)孔徑分布4-13nm區(qū)間集中度比例超過85%的催化劑載體,進一步用于生產(chǎn)柴油超深度脫硫加氫精制催化劑,以提高該型號催化劑的活性和選擇性通過硫酸鋁法制備干膠粉,研究結(jié)果表明:中和與老化過程對干膠粉孔道性能影響很大。在中和成膠反應(yīng)中,控制硫酸鋁濃度控制在50 g·L-1,偏鋁酸鈉濃度控制在100 g·L-1;中和反應(yīng)pH控制在7.7±0.1:物料的老化時間控制為4h左右,老化溫度控制在80士2℃生產(chǎn)出的干膠粉比表面積穩(wěn)定在310~330m2·g-1,孔體積穩(wěn)定在0.9~1.0 m1·g-1,平均孔徑4-5 nm,孔徑分布4-40 nm區(qū)間比例達到78-88%。在加氫催化劑載體生產(chǎn)過程中,研究了載體成型和焙燒工序?qū)d體孔道性能的影響,研究結(jié)果表明:在酸粉比為2.5,液粉比為0.95-1.0,混料過程中碾壓時間為25 min,助劑加入量為4%,干條經(jīng)350℃干燥2h以上再經(jīng)600℃焙燒2-3 h工藝條件下,生產(chǎn)出的脫硫加氫精制劑載體徑向強度提高20%以上,比表面積和孔體積更加穩(wěn)定,4-13nm區(qū)間孔徑分布比例提高到85%以上。以優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)后生產(chǎn)出的W-Ni-Mo/r-Al2O3深度脫硫加氫精制催化劑,通過實驗室分析評價,各項工藝參數(shù)能夠達到或超過設(shè)計指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the catalytic activity and stability of a diesel oil ultra-deep desulfurization hydrofining catalyst (abbreviated as desulfurization and hydrofining agent), it is necessary to produce a high specific surface area. The pseudo-boehmite with smaller pore volume (0.95 鹵0.05m-1 g ~ (-1) was used to produce catalyst carrier with concentration ratio of more than 85% in 4-13nm interval of pore size distribution, and was further used in the production of diesel oil ultra-deep desulfurization and hydrofining catalyst. In order to improve the activity and selectivity of the catalyst, the dry rubber powder was prepared by aluminum sulfate method. The results show that neutralization and aging process have great influence on the pore performance of dry rubber powder. In the neutralization reaction, the concentration of aluminum sulfate was controlled at 50 g L ~ (-1), the concentration of sodium metaluminate was 100 g / L ~ (-1), the pH of neutralization reaction was 7.7 鹵0.1, and the aging time of the material was about 4 h.
