致密砂巖儲層中氣體滲流規(guī)律實驗研究

【摘要】:為了揭示蘇里格氣田致密砂巖中氣體滲流規(guī)律,采用物理模擬方法測試了不同含水條件下不同氣驅(qū)壓力時氣體流量,在考慮氣體偏差因子、黏度和壓力關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上,研究了壓力、氣體偏差因子、黏度與流量的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:致密氣藏中氣體需要突破一定門檻壓力,才能在砂巖孔隙內(nèi)產(chǎn)生有效流動,巖心滲透率越低、含水飽和度越高,門檻壓力越大,當氣驅(qū)壓力突破門檻壓力后,氣體在砂巖中滲流時表現(xiàn)出黏性流特征;隨氣驅(qū)壓力增加,壓力/氣體偏差因子/黏度與流量的關(guān)系會由非線性關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫性關(guān)系;巖心滲透率≥1×10~(-3)μm~2時,氣體以線性滲流為主;巖心滲透率為(0.1~1)×10~(-3)μm~2時,當氣驅(qū)壓差1 MPa,氣體以線性滲流為主;巖心滲透率≤0.1×10~(-3)μm~2時,當含水飽和度為20%,出現(xiàn)氣相滲流門檻,當氣驅(qū)壓差3 MPa,氣體才能達到線性滲流;滲透率0.345×10~(-3)μm~2時,隨滲透率增加,配產(chǎn)界限值先快速增加,之后增速變緩;在滲透率相同條件下,儲層含氣飽和度愈高,則配產(chǎn)界限值愈高。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the law of gas seepage in tight sandstone of Sulige gas field, the gas flow rate under different water cut conditions under different gas drive pressure was measured by physical simulation method. The gas deviation factor, viscosity and pressure relation were considered. The relationship between pressure, gas deviation factor, viscosity and flow rate is studied. The results show that the gas in the tight gas reservoir needs to break through a certain threshold pressure in order to generate effective flow in sandstone pores. The lower the core permeability, the higher the water saturation, and the greater the threshold pressure, when the gas drive pressure breaks through the threshold pressure. The relationship between pressure / gas deviation factor / viscosity and flow rate will change from nonlinear to linear, and the core permeability 鈮,
