基于光纖光柵應(yīng)變傳感器的管道腐蝕監(jiān)測(cè)研究

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)距離輸油輸氣管道大量建設(shè),覆蓋面積更廣泛,經(jīng)過(guò)地區(qū)氣候條件更復(fù)雜,對(duì)輸油輸氣管道的健康監(jiān)測(cè)要求也更高。結(jié)合輸油輸氣管道服役需求和腐蝕破壞特點(diǎn),以及光纖光柵耐酸堿腐蝕,抗電磁干擾,測(cè)量精度高,測(cè)量表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定,體積小等特點(diǎn),本文提出一種監(jiān)測(cè)輸油輸氣管道腐蝕的新型光纖光柵傳感器——箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器。第一章,介紹了各國(guó)輸油輸氣管道發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和我國(guó)輸油輸氣管道出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,綜述現(xiàn)有各類輸油輸氣管道監(jiān)測(cè)方法。介紹光纖光柵傳感技術(shù)的基本原理和應(yīng)用狀況,以及光纖光柵傳感技術(shù)應(yīng)用于輸油輸氣管道的優(yōu)勢(shì)。第二章,詳細(xì)地介紹了箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器的封裝工藝、安裝方法和基本工作原理。將箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器安裝在無(wú)縫鋼管的外表面進(jìn)行壓力標(biāo)定試驗(yàn),循環(huán)往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),重復(fù)利用性試驗(yàn),證明箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器應(yīng)用于輸油輸氣管道監(jiān)測(cè),線性性質(zhì)良好,工作應(yīng)能穩(wěn)定,可重復(fù)利用。第三章,介紹箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器應(yīng)用于輸油輸氣管道全截面腐蝕監(jiān)測(cè),進(jìn)行管道壁厚標(biāo)定試驗(yàn),不同的壁厚代表不同程度的全截面腐蝕。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器對(duì)輸油輸氣管道壁厚變化敏感,能夠識(shí)別不同程度的全截面腐蝕。第四章,介紹箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器應(yīng)用于輸油輸氣管道局部腐蝕監(jiān)測(cè),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明箍式FBG應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感器對(duì)輸油輸氣管道局部壁厚變化敏感,能夠識(shí)別局部腐蝕。
[Abstract]:A large number of long-distance oil and gas pipelines have been built, covering a wider area, and the regional climate conditions are more complex, and the health monitoring requirements of oil and gas transmission pipelines are also higher. Combined with the service requirements and corrosion characteristics of oil and gas transmission pipeline, and fiber grating acid-alkali corrosion resistance, anti-electromagnetic interference, high measurement accuracy, measurement performance stability, small volume, etc. In this paper, a new fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor, hoop FBG strain measuring sensor, is proposed for monitoring corrosion of oil and gas pipeline. In the first chapter, the development of oil and gas pipelines in various countries and the problems of oil and gas pipelines in China are introduced, and the existing monitoring methods of oil and gas pipelines are summarized. This paper introduces the basic principle and application status of fiber grating sensing technology, and the advantages of fiber grating sensing technology in oil and gas pipeline. In chapter 2, the packaging technology, installation method and basic working principle of hoop FBG strain measuring sensor are introduced in detail. The pressure calibration test, cyclic load test and reusability test are carried out on the outer surface of seamless steel pipe by installing the hoop FBG strain measurement sensor. It is proved that the hoop FBG strain measurement sensor is applied to the monitoring of oil and gas transmission pipeline. The linear property is good, the work should be stable and reusable. In the third chapter, the application of FBG strain sensor in the whole section corrosion monitoring of oil and gas pipeline is introduced, and the wall thickness calibration test is carried out. Different wall thickness represents different degree of total section corrosion. The experimental results show that the hoop FBG strain sensor is sensitive to the variation of the wall thickness of the gas pipeline and can identify the total section corrosion of different degrees. In chapter 4, the application of hoop FBG strain measurement sensor in local corrosion monitoring of oil and gas pipeline is introduced. The experimental results show that the hoop strain sensor is sensitive to the variation of local wall thickness of oil and gas pipeline and can identify local corrosion.
