油氣爆炸在細(xì)長(zhǎng)密閉管道內(nèi)的振蕩傳播特性

【摘要】:針對(duì)細(xì)長(zhǎng)密閉管道內(nèi)汽油蒸氣-空氣混合氣爆炸的振蕩傳播特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究表明:細(xì)長(zhǎng)密閉管道內(nèi)的油氣爆炸分為振蕩和非振蕩兩種爆炸模式;振蕩爆炸超壓呈現(xiàn)出鋸齒狀振蕩特征,其超壓增長(zhǎng)期由4個(gè)階段組成:第1階段無(wú)明顯的壓力上升;第2階段的高壓力上升速率與快速的火焰有關(guān);第3階段的超壓振幅以拋物線形式增長(zhǎng),此階段是否有壓力振蕩與油氣濃度、管道長(zhǎng)徑比有關(guān),第3階段的振蕩周期隨時(shí)間減小,振蕩周期與火焰鋒面前方的未燃區(qū)長(zhǎng)度有關(guān);第4階段的超壓振幅以指數(shù)形式增長(zhǎng),振蕩周期趨于穩(wěn)定并隨管道長(zhǎng)度的增加呈線性關(guān)系增加,振蕩周期受到油氣濃度的影響;振蕩爆炸只在一定油氣濃度范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生,且振蕩爆炸的發(fā)生與油氣濃度、管道長(zhǎng)徑比有關(guān);振蕩爆炸極限范圍及其在油氣的爆炸極限內(nèi)所占比例均隨管道長(zhǎng)徑比的增加而增大。
[Abstract]:The oscillatory propagation characteristics of gasoline vapor-air mixture explosion in a slender closed pipe were investigated. The results show that the oil and gas explosion in the slender closed pipeline can be divided into oscillating and non-oscillating modes, and the oscillatory explosion overpressure shows the characteristic of sawtooth oscillation, and its overpressure growth period is composed of four stages: in the first stage, there is no obvious pressure rise; The high pressure rise rate in the second stage is related to the rapid flame, the overpressure amplitude in the third stage increases in the form of parabola, and whether there is pressure oscillation in this stage is related to the oil and gas concentration and the ratio of length to diameter of the pipeline. The oscillation period of the third stage decreases with time, and the oscillation period is related to the length of the unburned zone in front of the flame front, and the amplitude of overpressure in the fourth stage increases exponentially, and the oscillation period tends to stabilize and increases linearly with the increase of pipeline length. The oscillation period is affected by the oil and gas concentration, the oscillatory explosion only occurs in a certain range of oil and gas concentration, and the oscillation explosion is related to the oil and gas concentration and the ratio of length to diameter of the pipeline. The limit range of oscillatory explosion and its proportion in the explosion limit of oil and gas increase with the increase of the ratio of length to diameter of pipeline.
