氧化吸附法深度脫除MTBE產(chǎn)品中硫化物研究

【摘要】:甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)是我國汽油中一種重要的調(diào)和組分。降低MTBE產(chǎn)品中硫化物含量,可促進(jìn)汽油的清潔燃燒和環(huán)境保護(hù)。采用MTBE為溶劑分別配制了以二甲基二硫醚(DMDS)、甲基叔丁基硫醚(TBMS)為模型硫化物的含硫MTBE產(chǎn)品樣品。脫硫劑由Pd/C、異丙醇、氫氧化鈉和去離子水組成。首先,采用N2吸附等溫線、TEM、XRD對Pd/C結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果顯示,Pd/C的比表面積為1 836m~2/g,孔容為0.98cm~3/g,根據(jù)其I型吸附等溫線可知,其絕大部分孔為微孔。由Pd/C的TEM圖可以看出,Pd的納米顆粒比較均勻地分布于活性炭材料上,Pd金屬納米粒子直徑約3~5nm。XRD圖顯示Pd納米晶體顆粒的(111)、(200)、(220)和(311)典型晶面存在。脫硫?qū)嶒灲Y(jié)果顯示,采用間歇反應(yīng)器在50℃下,脫硫劑可在1h內(nèi)將MTBE產(chǎn)品中的硫質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)從150μg/g降至10μg/g以下,從而得到低含硫MTBE產(chǎn)品,脫硫劑的脫硫效果得到較好的驗證。Pd/C既作為原位產(chǎn)生過氧化氫的催化劑,又是吸附砜類硫化物的吸附劑,洗脫再生后仍具有較好的催化和脫硫性能。
[Abstract]:Methyl tert Ding Ji ether (MTBE) is an important blending component in gasoline in China. Reducing sulfide content in MTBE products can promote clean combustion and environmental protection of gasoline. Using MTBE as solvent, the samples of sulfide-containing MTBE with dimethyl disulfide (DMDS),) methyl tert-Ding Ji sulfide (TBMS) as model sulfides were prepared. The desulfurizer consists of PD / C, isopropanol, sodium hydroxide and deionized water. Firstly, the structure of Pd/C was characterized by N 2 adsorption isotherm. The results show that the specific surface area of PD / C is 1 836 mg / g, and the pore volume is 0. 98 cm / g. According to the isotherm of type I adsorption, most of the pores are micropores. From the TEM diagram of Pd/C, it can be seen that the nanoparticles of Pd are uniformly distributed on the activated carbon material. The diameter of PD metal nanoparticles is about 3~5nm.XRD diagram. The typical crystal planes of (111), (200), (220) and (311) of PD nanocrystalline particles are found in 3~5nm.XRD diagram. The results of desulphurization experiment showed that the mass fraction of sulfur in MTBE product could be reduced from 150 渭 g / g to less than 10 渭 g / g in 1 h by using batch reactor at 50 鈩,
