不同剪切條件下膠凝原油軸向與剪切力學(xué)特性差異

【摘要】:流變測(cè)試系統(tǒng)內(nèi),經(jīng)剪切處理后的膠凝原油存在明顯的各向異性,導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有的管道非穩(wěn)態(tài)流動(dòng)數(shù)值模型不再適用。為了對(duì)比在不同剪切條件下膠凝原油剪切力學(xué)特性與軸向力學(xué)特性的差異,分析其各向異性,以勝利原油和南陽(yáng)原油為例,控制不同剪切速率、剪切時(shí)間等因素對(duì)原油進(jìn)行預(yù)剪切處理,分別開(kāi)展剪切應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn)和軸向壓縮松弛試驗(yàn)。對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,對(duì)比相同條件下膠凝原油的剪切松弛模量和軸向壓縮松弛模量,結(jié)果表明:相同條件下,膠凝原油的壓縮松弛模量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于其剪切松弛模量,且隨剪切速率的增大、剪切時(shí)間的增加,剪切松弛模量和壓縮松弛模量相差越來(lái)越大,即各向異性更加顯著。研究結(jié)果為膠凝原油管道的停輸再啟動(dòng)提供了理論依據(jù)與技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the shear relaxation modulus and axial compressive relaxation modulus of the gelled crude oil under the same conditions , the shear relaxation modulus and the axial compressive relaxation modulus of the gelled crude oil under the same conditions are analyzed . The results show that under the same conditions , the shear relaxation modulus and the compression relaxation modulus of the gelled crude oil are more and more obvious .
