水力噴射布置方式對頁巖水力壓裂效果影響

【摘要】:針對水力噴射布置方式影響頁巖氣開采壓裂效果,建立了頁巖氣水平井水力噴射預制裂縫二維模型,利用數(shù)值模擬方法,考慮水力壓裂壓強、氣藏埋深影響,分析了水力噴射布置方式、噴射角度對頁巖氣藏應力分布特征,給出了噴射布置類型、噴射角度對水力壓裂影響面積,確定了最佳水力噴射布置方式.結果表明:相同水力壓裂壓強和采深下,對斜型、直斜型、單斜型三種水力噴射布置方式中,對斜型壓裂效果最佳,其次是直斜型,單斜型最差;對斜型、單斜型最佳噴射角度分別為75o、60o,而直斜型最佳噴射角度為60o和75o;水力壓裂壓強越接近地應力,壓裂影響面積減小越快,水力噴射布置方式影響越不顯著.
[Abstract]:In view of the effect of hydraulic jet arrangement on the fracturing effect of shale gas production, a 2-D model of hydraulic jet prefabricated fractures in shale gas horizontal wells is established. The effect of hydraulic fracturing pressure and gas reservoir burial depth is considered by using numerical simulation method. The distribution characteristics of stress in shale gas reservoir by injection angle are analyzed. The type of injection arrangement and the effect area of injection angle on hydraulic fracturing are given. The best arrangement mode of hydraulic jet is determined. The results show that under the same hydraulic fracturing pressure and production depth, among the three types of hydraulic injection layout, the best is the oblique type, the second is the straight type, the worst is the single inclined type, the other is the inclined type, the second is the straight type, the second is the single inclined type, and the other is the inclined type. The optimum injection angle of monoclinic type is 75oC 60oo, while that of straight-inclined type is 60o and 75o.The pressure of hydraulic fracturing is close to in-situ stress, the area affected by fracturing decreases faster, and the effect of hydraulic injection arrangement is less obvious.
