端羧基改性聚酰胺-胺的合成及其阻垢性能的研究——以長慶油田花子坪區(qū)塊為例

【摘要】:為解決長慶油田花子坪區(qū)塊結CaCO_3、CaSO_4垢的嚴重問題,采用氯乙酸為端基改性劑對1.0代和2.0代聚酰胺-胺樹狀聚合物進行端羧基改性合成了性能優(yōu)良的阻垢劑1.0G PAMAM-COONa和2.0G PAMAM-COONa,通過紅外光譜(FTIR)、元素分析等方法對其結構進行表征,考察了合成阻垢劑對CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢性能及復配的阻垢劑PNF-2.0G(阻垢劑PNF、2.0G PAMAM-COONa質量比1∶1)對長慶油田化子坪的采出水/現(xiàn)場注入水混配水(質量比1∶1)的阻垢性能,并進行了現(xiàn)場試驗。研究結果表明,60℃下,PAMAM-COONa的阻垢效果比聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)的好、2.0G PAMAM-COONa的阻垢性能比1.0G PAMAM-COONa的效果好,在加藥量為20 mg/L時,2.0G PAMAM-COONa對CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢率為95.64%、92.35%,1.0G PAMAM-COONa對CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢率為82.25%、89.36%。在加藥量為20 mg/L時,對于97-42采出水/現(xiàn)場注入水的混配水,2.0G PAMAM-COONa和PNF單獨使用時的阻垢率分別為75.53%和60.5%,而復配阻垢劑的阻垢率則高達95.56%;對于化100-45采出水/現(xiàn)場注入水的混配水,2.0G PAMAM-COONa和PNF單獨使用時的阻垢率分別為38.5%和49.5%,而復配阻垢劑的阻垢率高達98.91%。經現(xiàn)場試驗驗證,該復配阻垢劑能起到優(yōu)良的阻垢效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the serious problem of Caco _ 3C _ so _ 4 scale in Huaziping block of Changqing Oilfield, Using chloroacetic acid as terminal modifier, 1.0 and 2.0 generation polyamide-amine dendrimer were modified with carboxyl group to synthesize 1.0G PAMAM-COONa and 2.0G PAMAM-COONa.The structures were characterized by FTIR and elemental analysis. The scale inhibition performance of the synthetic scale inhibitor to CaCOS3 and CaSO4 and the scale inhibition performance of the compound scale inhibitor PNF-2.0G (mass ratio of PNF-2.0G PAMAM-COONa at 1:1) to the produced water / in-situ injected water mixture (1:1) in Huazuping Oilfield of Changqing Oilfield were investigated, and field tests were carried out.
