【摘要】：為考察溫度穩(wěn)定劑對壓裂液耐溫性能的提升效果,設(shè)計(jì)從上限溫度開始通過數(shù)值搜索方法逐步確定最高溫度T_(max)(η_0,t_0)計(jì)算溫度穩(wěn)定劑對壓裂液適用溫度的提高值ΔT_(max)(η_0,t_0)的方法;通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分析兩種壓裂液溫度穩(wěn)定劑對有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)羥丙基瓜膠壓裂液的作用效果。結(jié)果表明:加入0.1%~0.8%的溫度穩(wěn)定劑S-1、S-2分別可以使得壓裂液的最高適用溫度提高4.5~10℃、6~14℃;所設(shè)計(jì)的評價(jià)方法可以判別不同壓裂液溫度穩(wěn)定劑產(chǎn)品的作用效果差異。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of temperature stabilizer on the temperature resistance of fracturing fluid, a method was designed to calculate the appropriate temperature of temperature stabilizer 螖 T _ (max) (畏 0 / T _ 0 by numerical searching method from upper limit temperature to determine the maximum temperature T _ (max) (畏 _ 0 / T _ 0). The effect of two kinds of fracturing fluid temperature stabilizers on organoboron crosslinked hydroxypropyl melon gum fracturing fluid was analyzed experimentally. The results show that the maximum applicable temperature of fracturing fluid can be raised by adding 0.1% and 0.8% temperature stabilizer S-1 / S-2, respectively, and the effect of different fracturing fluid temperature stabilizer products can be distinguished by the designed evaluation method.
