提拉-釋放法套管下入機(jī)理

【摘要】:提拉-釋放法是鉆井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)下套管遇阻時(shí)最常用且易用的增加套管下入能力的方法,但其應(yīng)用主要是憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)操作,缺乏機(jī)理分析和必要的理論指導(dǎo)。根據(jù)提拉-釋放后一段水平井眼中套管柱的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)理和實(shí)際井眼中套管柱的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)理本質(zhì)上相同這一認(rèn)識(shí),建立提拉-釋放法套管下入機(jī)理分析模型,闡明該方法的套管下入機(jī)理,以此為基礎(chǔ)研究套管長(zhǎng)度、摩阻系數(shù)、軸向壓力、無(wú)因次提拉力和管柱釋放方式等因素對(duì)套管下入能力的影響。結(jié)果表明:提拉-釋放法進(jìn)行套管下入是利用提拉-釋放過(guò)程產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力波減小摩阻,即使在原始軸向壓力小于總摩阻的情況下仍然可以推動(dòng)套管柱前進(jìn);套管長(zhǎng)度、摩阻系數(shù)與提拉-釋放法套管下入的單次軸向位移呈負(fù)相關(guān),軸向壓力、無(wú)因次提拉力與提拉-釋放法套管下入的單次軸向位移呈正相關(guān),快速釋放管柱時(shí)的單次軸向位移明顯更大。
[Abstract]:The lifting release method is the most commonly used and easy to use method to increase the casing sinking ability of casing in drilling site, but its application is mainly based on experience operation, lack of mechanism analysis and necessary theoretical guidance. According to the movement mechanism of the casing string in a horizontal well after pulling and releasing and the essence of the movement mechanism of the casing string in the actual well On the basis of the same knowledge, the mechanism analysis model of the tubing down mechanism is set up, and the mechanism of the casing sinking is clarified. On the basis of this, the influence of casing length, friction coefficient, axial pressure, non dimensional pull force and the release mode of tube column on the casing penetration ability is studied. It is the use of the stress wave produced by the pull release process to reduce the friction, even if the original axial pressure is less than the total friction. The casing length, the friction coefficient and the single axial displacement under the pulling - release method are negative correlation, axial compression, non dimensional pull force and pulling release method. There is a positive correlation between the single axial displacement and the single axial displacement when the tube is released rapidly.
