樺甸油頁(yè)巖熱解過(guò)程中的破碎粉化特性

【摘要】:提出了描述破碎粉化程度的多粒徑表征指標(biāo),利用自行設(shè)計(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)鼓式熱解反應(yīng)器系統(tǒng)地研究了樺甸油頁(yè)巖在不同熱解條件下的破碎粉化特性,并對(duì)破碎機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,熱力-機(jī)械力耦合加載的方式下,粉化率是兩種作用力單獨(dú)加載方式之和的3.96倍,說(shuō)明兩者產(chǎn)生了協(xié)同作用,其中熱力作用是煤顆粒發(fā)生破碎的主要影響因素,其實(shí)質(zhì)是顆粒內(nèi)部孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的演變,機(jī)械外力作為外在因素,其作用是增強(qiáng)宏觀破碎現(xiàn)象;相對(duì)破碎率和粉化率與孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的變化趨勢(shì)相一致;入料粒度越小,整體破碎程度越小;含油率越高,破碎程度越大,中礦油頁(yè)巖因方解石含量較高在熱解過(guò)程中不易分解為細(xì)小顆粒,因此粉化率最低;破碎和粉化是兩個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的概念,兩者之間不存在相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:A multi-particle size index was proposed to describe the degree of pulverization of Huadian oil shale. The pulverization characteristics of Huadian oil shale under different pyrolysis conditions were systematically studied by using a self-designed rotary drum pyrolysis reactor, and the mechanism of fragmentation was analyzed. The results show that the pulverization rate is 3.96 times as much as the sum of the two separate loading modes under the thermal-mechanical-mechanical coupling loading mode, which indicates that there is a synergistic effect between the two, and the thermal effect is the main factor influencing the coal particle breakage. Its essence is the evolution of the pore structure inside the particle, the mechanical external force is the external factor, its function is to strengthen the macroscopic fracture phenomenon, the relative breakage rate and the pulverization rate are consistent with the change trend of the pore structure, the smaller the grain size is, the smaller the grain size is. The smaller the whole degree of fragmentation is, the higher the oil content is, the greater the degree of fragmentation is, and the higher the calcite content is, the lower the pulverization rate is, because calcite content is high in the process of pyrolysis, so the pulverization rate is the lowest; crushing and pulverizing are two relatively independent concepts. There is no correlation between the two.
