X90超高強(qiáng)度輸氣鋼管材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系及斷裂準(zhǔn)則

【摘要】:針對試制成功的X90輸氣鋼管,進(jìn)行5種不同圓棒缺口的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)拉伸試驗(yàn)及應(yīng)力三軸度計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于試樣缺口存在,應(yīng)力三軸度值增加2.43倍,斷裂應(yīng)變減少29%,損傷應(yīng)變能降低71%。利用常規(guī)拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)和Hopkinson拉桿試驗(yàn)裝置進(jìn)行不同應(yīng)變速率拉伸試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),應(yīng)變速率對斷裂應(yīng)變的影響相對較小,準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和高速狀態(tài)下,差異最大約10%;贘ohnson-Cook本構(gòu)和失效模型,分別建立了考慮應(yīng)變率效應(yīng)的X90管線鋼本構(gòu)模型和考慮應(yīng)變率、應(yīng)力三軸度的失效模型;同時(shí),基于損傷力學(xué)理論,得到了基于塑性均勻延伸率和損傷應(yīng)變能的X90管線鋼斷裂準(zhǔn)則;诓牧蠐p傷應(yīng)變能密度臨界值不變假設(shè)以及試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得到了X90管線鋼斷裂特征長度與應(yīng)力三軸度、試樣直徑之間的關(guān)系式。
[Abstract]:Based on the quasi static tensile test and stress triaxiality calculation of five different round bar notches, it is found that the stress triaxiality value increases by 2.43 times, the fracture strain decreases by 29 times, and the damage strain energy decreases by 71% because of the existence of the specimen gap. By using the conventional tensile tester and Hopkinson bar test apparatus, it is found that the strain rate has relatively little effect on the fracture strain, and the maximum difference is about 10% under quasi-static and high-speed conditions. Based on Johnson-Cook constitutive model and failure model, the constitutive model of X90 pipeline steel considering strain rate effect and failure model considering strain rate and stress triaxiality are established, respectively. The fracture criterion of X90 pipeline steel based on plastic uniform elongation and damage strain energy is obtained. Based on the assumption of the critical value of material damage strain energy density and the experimental data, the relationship between fracture characteristic length, stress triaxiality and specimen diameter of X90 pipeline steel is obtained.
