煤層氣井合理排采工作制度的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:煤層氣井順利投產(chǎn)需要前期合理有序的降壓,文章依據(jù)產(chǎn)氣時(shí)間、產(chǎn)氣量、產(chǎn)水量以及儲層壓力、廢氣壓力五個(gè)指標(biāo)劃分煤層氣井生產(chǎn)階段:排水降壓至產(chǎn)氣前階段、氣液兩相流階段、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)氣階段和氣井衰竭階段;第一階段以穩(wěn)定降壓為主,結(jié)合動態(tài)預(yù)測模型、考慮煤層氣井產(chǎn)氣滯后現(xiàn)象,確定每日降液面值,在排采工藝上井下管柱安裝防砂篩管;第二階段以控制排液速度為主,結(jié)合最小攜帶煤粉的排液速度,確定每日最小降液面,在排采工藝上采用高壓軟管通過油套環(huán)空向井下注入水稀釋煤粉濃度;第三第四階段以控制套壓滿足集輸為主。通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)分析得出,調(diào)整排采制度和工藝措施后,煤層氣井產(chǎn)量提高,檢泵周期延長,對于煤層氣井開發(fā)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The production stage of coalbed methane well is divided according to the five indexes of gas production time, gas production rate, water production, reservoir pressure and exhaust gas pressure: drainage pressure is reduced to gas production stage. The gas-liquid two-phase flow stage, the stable gas production stage and the gas well failure stage, the first stage is the stable depressurization stage, combined with the dynamic prediction model, considering the gas production lag phenomenon of the coalbed gas well, the daily down-liquid face value is determined. The sand control sieve pipe is installed in the downhole pipe string in the drainage process. In the second stage, the main purpose of the second stage is to control the liquid discharge speed, combining with the minimum discharge speed of carrying pulverized coal, to determine the minimum liquid level per day. The high pressure hose is used to dilute the pulverized coal concentration by injecting water into the downhole through the oil sleeve annulus, and the third and fourth stage is mainly to control the casing pressure to meet the gathering and transportation. Through field test and analysis, it is concluded that the production of coalbed gas wells will be increased and the period of pump inspection will be prolonged after adjusting the production system and technological measures, which is of certain guiding significance for the development of coalbed gas wells.
