高溫氣井特殊螺紋油管接頭完整性分析及上扣實驗研究

【摘要】:在高溫、高壓及定向井中,油管柱受到較大的溫度載荷、軸向載荷、內(nèi)外壓及彎曲等載荷,其中油管接頭是整個油管柱最薄弱的部分。為了避免特殊螺紋接頭出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力集中而導(dǎo)致接頭發(fā)生密封或連接失效的問題,本文研究了高溫氣井特殊螺紋油管接頭的完整性。針對溫度載荷對特殊螺紋油管接頭完整性影響的研究,首先,采用彈塑性有限元法,運用ABAQUS軟件建立了特殊螺紋油管接頭三維有限元模型?紤]到螺旋升角對反扭矩的影響,采用控制轉(zhuǎn)角的方法模擬接頭的上扣過程。其次,考慮溫度載荷研究了復(fù)雜載荷作用下特殊螺紋油管接頭的完整性;同時研究了溫度載荷對彎曲段特殊螺紋油管接頭完整性的影響;并采用微牙痕液壓動力鉗對特殊螺紋油管接頭進行了上扣實驗,分析了三種扭矩下特殊螺紋油管接頭的上扣性能。此外,研究了不同扭矩上扣后溫度載荷對特殊螺紋油管接頭完整性的影響。結(jié)果表明:復(fù)雜載荷下,隨著溫度變化特殊螺紋油管接頭密封性能良好且未產(chǎn)生塑性變形,溫度在50℃~150℃時對接頭完整性影響較大;不同溫度下彎曲段特殊螺紋油管接頭Mises應(yīng)力及接觸壓力分布不均勻,接頭一邊受拉一邊受壓,壓縮端應(yīng)力集中嚴重易產(chǎn)生粘扣,拉伸端密封面及臺肩接觸壓力較小,密封性能降低;通過上扣實驗驗證了三維有限元法模擬特殊螺紋油管接頭上扣的正確性;三種扭矩上扣后在不同溫度下特殊螺紋油管接頭密封面初始端及臺肩鼻尖處有較高的接觸壓力,但密封面靠近鼻尖處及臺肩出現(xiàn)了塑性變形,且塑性變形程度隨溫度升高而增大。通過研究溫度載荷對特殊螺紋油管接頭完整性的影響,為高溫氣井特殊螺紋油管接頭安全使用提供參考。
[Abstract]:In high temperature, high pressure and directional wells, tubing string is subjected to large temperature load, axial load, internal and external pressure and bending load, among which the tubing joint is the weakest part of the whole tubing string. In order to avoid the stress concentration of the special threaded joint and lead to the sealing or connection failure of the joint, the integrity of the special threaded tubing joint in high temperature gas well is studied in this paper. In order to study the effect of temperature load on the integrity of special threaded tubing joints, a three-dimensional finite element model of special threaded tubing joints is established by means of elastic-plastic finite element method and Abaqus software. Considering the effect of spiral angle on reverse torque, the method of controlling rotation angle is used to simulate the buckling process of joint. Secondly, considering the temperature load, the integrity of special threaded tubing joints under complex loads is studied, and the effect of temperature load on the integrity of special threaded tubing joints in bending section is also studied. The up buckling test of special threaded tubing joint was carried out by using micro-tooth trace hydraulic power clamp, and the buckling performance of special threaded tubing joint under three kinds of torque was analyzed. In addition, the effect of temperature load after different torque buckling on the integrity of special threaded tubing joint is studied. The results show that the sealing performance of the special threaded tubing joints is good and no plastic deformation occurs with the change of temperature, and the integrity of the joints is greatly affected by the temperature of 150 鈩,
