疏水改性陽離子高分子絮凝劑的合成及其絮凝性能

【摘要】:以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化銨(DMC)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)為原料,通過無皂乳液聚合制備了流動(dòng)性好的疏水改性陽離子型高分子絮凝劑P(DMC-MMA),并考察了不同因素對(duì)P(DMC-MMA)除油效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:在單體總質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%、n(DMC)∶n(MMA)=7∶3、反應(yīng)溫度75℃、引發(fā)劑用量為0.5%、反應(yīng)時(shí)間8 h條件下制備的P(DMC-MMA)具有良好的絮凝效果,最高除油率可達(dá)96%,且絮體不黏壁。
[Abstract]:Methacryloxy ethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) were used as raw materials. A kind of hydrophobic modified cationic polymeric flocculant PHDMC-MMAA was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization, and the effect of different factors on the deoiling efficiency of PHDMC-MMA was investigated.
