【摘要】:隨著油田勘探開發(fā)的深入,發(fā)現(xiàn)的油層類型和儲層結(jié)構(gòu)越來越復(fù)雜,如何解決復(fù)雜油層勘探開發(fā)的增產(chǎn)問題就成為油田成功勘探開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)瓶頸,特別是近年來勘探開發(fā)遇到的底水油帽油層、薄互層以及低豐度巨厚砂體油層,如何有效的進行增產(chǎn)改造,有效解放油層使其最大限度的釋放儲層產(chǎn)能,取得較大的勘探開發(fā)效果,通過廣泛調(diào)研和論證認為引進目前較為前沿的水力噴射壓裂新工藝進行先導(dǎo)性試驗和研究、是切實可行最新增產(chǎn)壓裂工藝技術(shù)。本論文通過對水力噴射壓裂工藝的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、適用條件做了詳細的論述,同時對其技術(shù)基本機理、裂技術(shù)特點及施工工藝等做了系統(tǒng)研究和分析,并根據(jù)鄂爾多斯盆地富黃探區(qū)油層條件對壓裂液配方進行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化。針對富黃探區(qū)實際情況,選擇了10口井進行水力噴射壓裂工藝現(xiàn)場試驗,通過現(xiàn)場試驗取得了比較理想的效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of oilfield exploration and development, the types of reservoir and reservoir structure are becoming more and more complex. How to solve the problem of increasing production of oil exploration and development in complex reservoir becomes the key technical bottleneck of successful exploration and development of oil field. Especially, in recent years, the bottom water cap reservoir, thin interbed layer and low abundance and huge thick sand body reservoir encountered in the exploration and development, how to effectively increase production and transform, effectively liberate the reservoir to maximize the release of reservoir productivity, Through extensive investigation and argumentation, it is considered that it is the latest practical and feasible fracturing technology to introduce the new hydraulic jet fracturing technology, which is currently in the forefront, for pilot test and research. In this paper, the development of hydraulic jet fracturing technology and its applicable conditions are discussed in detail. At the same time, the basic mechanism of the technology, the characteristics of fracture technology and the construction technology are systematically studied and analyzed. The formula of fracturing fluid was adjusted and optimized according to the reservoir conditions in the Huang-rich exploration area of Ordos Basin. In view of the actual situation in the Yellow River rich exploration area, 10 wells were selected for field test of hydraulic jet fracturing process, and satisfactory results were obtained through the field test.
