無土相水基鉆井液超分子增黏提切劑的研制

【摘要】:增黏提切劑是控制無土相水基鉆井液流變性能的關(guān)鍵處理劑,通過將超分子網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)引入聚合物中,利用膠束聚合物合成一種超分子增黏提切劑CZN,并評價其性能。結(jié)果表明:CZN具有明顯的超分子網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),有較好的增黏提切性和剪切稀釋性,表觀黏度、動塑比要遠高于同濃度的PAM;具有較好的抗溫性和實用性。以CZN為增黏提切劑配置了無固相聚膜鉆井液體系,現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用表明,該鉆井液可有效攜帶井底巖屑,保證順利鉆進。該技術(shù)可為提高復(fù)雜地層鉆井效率提供技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Viscosifier is a key agent for controlling rheological properties of soilless water-based drilling fluid. By introducing supramolecular network structure into polymer, a supramolecular tackifying agent CZN is synthesized by micellar polymer and its properties are evaluated. The results show that: CZN has obvious supramolecular network structure, good viscosity and shear dilution, apparent viscosity, dynamic plastic ratio is much higher than PAM of the same concentration, and has better temperature resistance and practicability. Using CZN as viscosity increasing agent, the drilling fluid system without solid polymer film is set up. The field application shows that the drilling fluid can effectively carry the bottom hole cuttings and ensure the smooth drilling. This technology can provide technical support for improving drilling efficiency of complex formation.
