清5塊大洼油層二次開發(fā)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:清5塊于1988年投入規(guī)模開發(fā),1989年轉(zhuǎn)入注水開發(fā),隨著開采時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),油層水淹嚴(yán)重,剩余油分散,近年產(chǎn)油量持續(xù)下降,采油速度降至0.32%左右。通過(guò)分析斷塊存在著以下問(wèn)題:注水利用率低,提高注水波及體積難度大;主力層水淹嚴(yán)重;吸水狀況不均衡;局部地區(qū)注采井網(wǎng)不完善。在方案研究中,以二次開發(fā)“總體控制、層系細(xì)分、平面重組、立體優(yōu)化、深部調(diào)驅(qū)、二三結(jié)合”二十四字方針的技術(shù)思路為理論基礎(chǔ),配套形成了層系井網(wǎng)優(yōu)化重組技術(shù)、水流優(yōu)勢(shì)通道識(shí)別技術(shù)、深部調(diào)驅(qū)等技術(shù)。在搞清清5塊剩余油分布規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,提出實(shí)施多元開發(fā),方案主要以“分區(qū)分層”的原則,即平面上分為三個(gè)區(qū)域:邊部注水平衡區(qū)、調(diào)驅(qū)井區(qū)、d3段完善注采井網(wǎng)區(qū);縱向上分三段,d2Ⅰ、d2Ⅱ.Ⅲ、d3。針對(duì)不同分區(qū)分段存在的不同問(wèn)題采取不同對(duì)策,充分動(dòng)用儲(chǔ)量。方案實(shí)施后取得較好效果,已實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)驅(qū)四個(gè)井組,斷塊開井?dāng)?shù)增加8口,日產(chǎn)油增加了44.6噸。該技術(shù)與國(guó)內(nèi)外同類技術(shù)比較,達(dá)到了同類研究的先進(jìn)水平。該項(xiàng)研究成果對(duì)復(fù)雜斷塊油藏開發(fā)有一定的推廣、指導(dǎo)意義,為興隆臺(tái)采油廠8240×104t儲(chǔ)量規(guī)模的復(fù)雜斷塊油藏高效開發(fā)提供了技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:Block Qing5 was put into large-scale development in 1988 and turned to water injection development in 1989. With the extension of production time, the reservoir was flooded seriously and the remaining oil was dispersed. In recent years, the oil production continued to decline, and the oil recovery rate decreased to about 0.32%. Through the analysis of the fault block there are the following problems: low water injection utilization rate, high difficulty in improving the volume of water injection sweep; serious flooding in the main formation; uneven water absorption; imperfect injection and production well pattern in local area. In the research of the scheme, based on the technical ideas of "general control, stratigraphic subdivision, plane reorganization, stereoscopic optimization, deep adjustment and flooding, combination of two and three" 24 word policy, the technology of optimization and recombination of well pattern of stratiform system has been formed. Water flow dominant channel identification technology, deep flooding and other technologies. On the basis of the distribution law of remaining oil in Block Qingqing 5, this paper puts forward the implementation of multivariate development.
