油管圓螺紋參數(shù)與螺牙牙根應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:油管是石油工程中最重要的管材之一,但由于油井中惡劣的工作環(huán)境,以及油管受到的復(fù)雜載荷,導(dǎo)致油管失效問(wèn)題頻頻發(fā)生,從國(guó)內(nèi)外調(diào)研情況可知,油管在服役過(guò)程中經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)生粘扣、腐蝕、刺扣、滑脫、疲勞斷裂等失效事故,這些事故不僅減小了油管的使用壽命,還大大地增加了修井作業(yè)費(fèi),最嚴(yán)重的是影響了油井的產(chǎn)能,使油田產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。 統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,油管發(fā)生失效的位置主要在油管接頭處,而且主要集中在油管和接箍的第一嚙合齒根處,油管失效實(shí)質(zhì)上是油管螺紋失效,油管螺紋聯(lián)接質(zhì)量的好壞將直接影響油管的壽命,而各種螺紋參數(shù)大小是影響螺紋聯(lián)接質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,因此有必要對(duì)它們進(jìn)行研究。 為此,本文從管柱力學(xué)和彈塑性力學(xué)入手,建立了油管螺紋聯(lián)接的力學(xué)模型,并借助有限元軟件,對(duì)2-7/8”J55不加厚油管圓螺紋在不同螺紋參數(shù)下的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了仿真模擬,分析油管螺紋參數(shù)對(duì)螺紋聯(lián)接應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的影響規(guī)律,最終確定了螺紋參數(shù)變化對(duì)螺紋最大應(yīng)力或應(yīng)變影響程度的隊(duì)列,為油管廠家優(yōu)化螺紋參數(shù)、有效改善螺紋應(yīng)力分布、提高螺紋聯(lián)接質(zhì)量提供了理論依據(jù)。同時(shí)根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果并結(jié)合API標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定出了一套油管現(xiàn)場(chǎng)判廢標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為油田對(duì)油管進(jìn)行判廢提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Tubing is one of the most important pipes in petroleum engineering. However, due to the bad working environment in oil wells and the complicated load on the tubing, the problems of tubing failure occur frequently. In service, tubing often occurs failure accidents such as clasp, corrosion, buckle, slippage, fatigue fracture, etc. These accidents not only reduce the service life of tubing, but also greatly increase the cost of workover operation. The most serious is to affect the production capacity of oil wells, resulting in huge economic losses in the oil field. Statistics show that the failure position of tubing is mainly at the joint of tubing, and mainly at the first meshing root of tubing and hoop. The failure of tubing is essentially the failure of tubing thread. The quality of tubing thread connection will directly affect the life of tubing, and all kinds of thread parameters are the key factors affecting the quality of thread connection, so it is necessary to study them. In this paper, starting with string mechanics and elastic-plastic mechanics, a mechanical model of tubing thread connection is established. With the help of finite element software, the stress and strain field of 2-7 / 8 "J55 unthickened tubing circular thread under different thread parameters is simulated. The influence of thread parameters on the stress and strain of thread connection is analyzed. Finally, the queue of maximum stress or strain of thread parameters is determined. The thread parameters are optimized for tubing manufacturers and the stress distribution of thread is improved effectively. The theoretical basis is provided to improve the quality of thread connection. At the same time, according to the simulation results and the API standard, a set of tubing field waste criteria are worked out, which provides a reference for the oil field to judge the tubing.
