天然氣不同運(yùn)輸方式的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,人們對資源和環(huán)境問題越來越重視,我國的一次能源供應(yīng)雖然仍然是以煤為主,但其他一次能源的消耗比例逐漸上升,尤其是天然氣,F(xiàn)階段天然氣的供應(yīng)局面已經(jīng)發(fā)生了很大改變,長輸管道建設(shè)如火如荼的進(jìn)行著,全國性的輸氣干線網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐漸形成;LNG進(jìn)口事業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,經(jīng)過不到十年的發(fā)展,沿海已建、在建和規(guī)劃建設(shè)的LNG接收站總數(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到29個(gè)。“西氣東輸、北氣南下、海氣登陸”的供氣格局已經(jīng)基本形成。因此,有必要對天然氣不同運(yùn)輸方式的經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行分析,選擇最優(yōu)的運(yùn)輸方式。本課題對天然氣管道運(yùn)輸、LNG公路槽車運(yùn)輸、LNG內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸、CNG公路運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析時(shí)考慮氣源為分輸站天然氣和沿海接收站LNG兩種情況。管道運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析分為有壓氣站和無壓氣站兩種情況,在有壓氣站時(shí),壓氣站的站間距是一個(gè)重要的參數(shù),因此對壓氣站站間距進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,得到了不同運(yùn)輸規(guī)模時(shí)的最佳壓氣站站間距。在對LNG內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行分析時(shí),考慮了兩種運(yùn)輸船,一種是小型LNG船,另一種是LNG罐式集裝箱運(yùn)輸船。經(jīng)比較發(fā)現(xiàn),小型LNG船內(nèi)河運(yùn)輸投資太大,在比較大的輸氣規(guī)模時(shí)單位體積天然氣輸氣成本才會(huì)低于集裝箱船運(yùn)輸,因此在與其他運(yùn)輸方式比較時(shí)采用集裝箱船運(yùn)輸這種方式。在建立了不同運(yùn)輸方式的單位輸氣成本經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式之后,將各種運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行了對比。在將不同運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行對比時(shí)根據(jù)氣源情況及運(yùn)輸距離分成兩組:第一組,針對輸氣量小、運(yùn)輸距離短、氣源是長輸管道分輸站或氣田天然氣的情況,比較天然氣管道運(yùn)輸、LNG公路運(yùn)輸和CNG公路運(yùn)輸?shù)妮敋獬杀?管道運(yùn)輸不考慮壓氣站;第二組,針對輸氣量大、運(yùn)輸距離遠(yuǎn)、氣源是接收站LNG的情況,比較天然氣管道運(yùn)輸、LNG公路運(yùn)輸和LNG船舶運(yùn)輸?shù)妮敋獬杀?管道運(yùn)輸考慮壓氣站。通過比較,得到了不同運(yùn)輸方式的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)輸范圍。最后,將各運(yùn)輸方式的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)輸范圍與臨界運(yùn)輸規(guī)模結(jié)合,得到了天然氣不同運(yùn)輸方式的利潤運(yùn)輸范圍。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, people pay more and more attention to the problem of resources and environment. Although the primary energy supply of our country is still mainly coal, the consumption ratio of other primary energy is rising gradually, especially natural gas. At this stage, the natural gas supply situation has been greatly changed, the construction of long-distance pipelines is in full swing, the national gas transmission trunk network is gradually forming a rapid development of LNG import undertakings, after less than 10 years of development, the coastal areas have been built. The total number of LNG receiving stations under construction and planning has reached 29. West-east gas transmission, north gas south, sea-air landing "gas supply pattern has been basically formed." Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the economy of different transportation modes of natural gas and choose the optimal transportation mode. In this paper, the economic analysis of CNG highway transportation of LNG inland water transportation is carried out, and the natural gas source is considered as the natural gas distribution station and the LNG as the coastal receiving station. The economic analysis of pipeline transportation can be divided into two kinds: gas station with pressure and gas station without pressure. In the case of gas station with pressure, the distance between stations is an important parameter, so the distance between stations is optimized. The optimum pressure station spacing for different transportation scale is obtained. In the analysis of LNG inland river transportation, two kinds of carriers are considered, one is small LNG carrier, the other is LNG tank container carrier. It is found by comparison that the cost of gas transportation per unit volume of natural gas will be lower than that of container ship when the investment in inland river transportation of small LNG carriers is too large, so container ship transportation is adopted in comparison with other transportation modes. After the empirical formula of unit gas transmission cost of different transportation modes is established, the different transportation modes are compared. When comparing different modes of transportation, they are divided into two groups according to the situation of gas source and transportation distance: the first group is aimed at the situation that the gas is small, the transportation distance is short, and the gas source is a long-distance pipeline distribution station or natural gas field. Comparing the gas transport costs between LNG highway transportation and CNG highway transportation in natural gas pipeline transportation, pipeline transportation does not consider gas compression stations. The second group is aimed at the situation that the gas is large, the distance is long, and the gas source is LNG, the receiving station. Comparing the gas transportation cost between LNG highway transportation and LNG ship transportation, pipeline transportation takes gas pressure stations into account. By comparison, the economic transportation range of different modes of transportation is obtained. Finally, the profit range of different transportation modes of natural gas is obtained by combining the economic transportation range of each transportation mode with the critical transportation scale.
