一種新型固體降失水劑的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文以PVA-1788、硼砂為原材料,合成了一種新型的固體降失水劑GWF-01S,合成過(guò)程中應(yīng)用了緊密堆積理論、顆粒級(jí)配理論、化學(xué)交聯(lián)技術(shù)、化學(xué)反應(yīng)熱力學(xué)和化學(xué)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)。首先研制了主體聚合物PVA-1788:通過(guò)改變單體濃度、引發(fā)劑濃度、反應(yīng)體系PH值、反應(yīng)溫度、交聯(lián)劑的種類等因素,分析不同條件下水泥漿的失水量變化情況,確定了合成主體聚合物的最佳條件。并對(duì)體系的性能進(jìn)行了分析,著重研究了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)物濃度、交聯(lián)劑加量和PH值對(duì)體系的影響。當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為40℃,硼砂濃度為0.3%時(shí),反應(yīng)達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。其次,對(duì)合成的固體降失水劑GWF-01S的抗失水性、抗溫性、抗鹽性、與其他外加劑的配伍性能、穩(wěn)定性、防竄性和稠化性能進(jìn)行了分析。固體降失水劑GWF-01S加量為1.2%時(shí),控制水泥漿失水效果較好,在實(shí)際固井操作中,取得了良好的效果,固井質(zhì)量較好,滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)固井要求。合成后的固體降失水劑GWF-01S可溶于水,同時(shí)由于降失水劑中的聚合物自身也較為穩(wěn)定,具有抗堿性,在含有電解質(zhì)的溶液中聚合物能夠有效的控制失水,但是對(duì)流變性沒(méi)有較大的影響。在實(shí)際施工中,聚合物不會(huì)化學(xué)降解也不會(huì)物理降解,方便保存且易于管理。固體降失水劑GWF-01S具有價(jià)格低廉、綜合性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用方便等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new solid reducer GWF-01S was synthesized with PVA-1788, borax as raw material. The close packing theory, particle gradation theory, chemical crosslinking technique, chemical reaction thermodynamics and chemical reaction kinetics were applied in the synthesis process. Firstly, the main polymer PVA-1788 was prepared. By changing the monomer concentration, initiator concentration, PH value of reaction system, reaction temperature and the type of crosslinking agent, the water loss of cement slurry was analyzed under different conditions. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of the main polymer were determined.
