【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)儲(chǔ)罐安裝技術(shù)交底人員大多且采用文字描述方式,雖然內(nèi)容較全面,但不夠直觀形象,施工時(shí)還需要參照?qǐng)D紙及規(guī)范要求。鑒于這種情況,利用二次開(kāi)發(fā)的CAD文字處理軟件及與之匹配的三維軸測(cè)圖繪制軟件,建立一套圖視化工藝規(guī)程系統(tǒng)生成平臺(tái),通過(guò)平臺(tái)繪制一種以軸測(cè)圖為主,配以圖表、文字標(biāo)注說(shuō)明的簡(jiǎn)潔化各分項(xiàng)工程工藝技術(shù)規(guī)程,按照工程各工序的邏輯關(guān)系形成圖示化、直觀化及系列化的工藝規(guī)程指導(dǎo)圖冊(cè),對(duì)解決上述問(wèn)題起到至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The traditional storage tank installation technology is mostly handed over and written description is adopted. Although the content is more comprehensive, it is not intuitive enough, and the construction needs to refer to the drawings and specifications. In view of this situation, using the second developed CAD word processing software and the matching 3D axis mapping software, a set of graphic visualization process planning system generation platform is established, through the platform to draw a kind of axial mapping as the main, with charts. It is very important to solve the above problems by succinctly describing the technical specifications of each item of engineering and forming graphical, visual and serialized process instruction atlas according to the logical relation of each working procedure of the project.
