【摘要】：針對(duì)長(zhǎng)3儲(chǔ)層注水結(jié)垢問(wèn)題,選取9種防垢劑測(cè)試了其在不同溫度和加量時(shí)的防垢效果,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了配方組成,考察了防垢劑在地層水和注入水的混合水樣中的防垢效果。優(yōu)選出復(fù)合防垢劑SCA的配方組成為:w_((PPMA))∶w_((PMPA))∶w_((PASP))=1∶2∶2。在70℃、加量為30mg/L和55℃、加量為15mg/L時(shí),復(fù)合防垢劑在地層水中的防垢率分別為97.94%和98.50%;55℃下在不同比例的注入水和地層水的混合水樣中加入15mg/L的SCA未見(jiàn)垢產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:In view of scaling problem of water injection in Chang 3 reservoir, 9 kinds of scale inhibitor were selected to test the scale inhibition effect at different temperature and dosage, and the formula composition was optimized by orthogonal test.
