焦化富氣壓縮機(jī)組防喘振控制方案設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著能源緊缺狀況加劇的全球化,針對(duì)煉油延遲焦化過程中富氣壓縮機(jī)的控制操作,如何避免喘振和有效的節(jié)能控制是目前面臨的一個(gè)問題。喘振輕則對(duì)工藝產(chǎn)生過程造成很大的波動(dòng),重則可以損壞整個(gè)壓縮機(jī)組。如何通過優(yōu)化方法來對(duì)富氣壓縮機(jī)喘振進(jìn)行控制,具有重大的理論意義和潛在的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文以焦化富氣壓縮機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)延長(zhǎng)石油(集團(tuán))煉化公司延安煉油廠100萬噸/年富氣壓縮機(jī)控制進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查和分析,針對(duì)焦化過程中能耗過大問題,對(duì)富氣壓縮機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造,通過防喘振控制和操作參數(shù)的優(yōu)化可以使最大限度地保證在工況點(diǎn)下機(jī)組能以最佳效率進(jìn)行工作,同時(shí)可以達(dá)到富氣壓縮機(jī)系統(tǒng)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行和減少能耗的目的。本文分別完成了焦化富氣壓縮機(jī)改造控制系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)、提出了防喘振控制的優(yōu)化控制方案,較全面的考慮了富氣壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行中可能發(fā)生喘振的因素,改善了喘振控制品質(zhì)。最后通過延長(zhǎng)石油(集團(tuán))煉化公司延安煉油廠100萬噸/年富氣壓縮機(jī)改造系統(tǒng)的順利運(yùn)行驗(yàn)證了該方案的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of energy shortage, how to avoid surge and effectively control energy saving is a problem facing to the control operation of rich gas compressor in delayed coking process of oil refining. The light surge can cause great fluctuation in the process and damage the whole compressor unit. How to control the surge of rich gas compressor by optimization method has great theoretical significance and potential huge economic benefit. Taking the coking rich gas compressor as the research object, this paper makes a field investigation and analysis on the control of 1 million tons / year rich gas compressor in Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Refining Company, aiming at the problem of excessive energy consumption in the coking process. Through retrofitting the control system of rich gas compressor, the anti-surge control and the optimization of operation parameters can make the unit work with the best efficiency at the working condition. At the same time, it can achieve the purpose of stable operation of rich gas compressor system and reduction of energy consumption. In this paper, the software and hardware design of the control system of coking rich gas compressor is completed, and the optimization control scheme of anti-surge control is put forward. The factors that may occur surge in the operation of rich gas compressor are considered comprehensively. Improved surge control quality. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this scheme is verified by the smooth operation of the revamping system of 1 million t / a rich gas compressor in Yanan Refinery, Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Refining and Chemical Company.
