【摘要】：從我國當(dāng)前的能源形勢來看,我國的能源發(fā)展雖然已經(jīng)取得了很大成就,但能源安全問題隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展也進(jìn)一步凸顯�；谀壳暗膰�(yán)峻形勢,為穩(wěn)定國內(nèi)石油產(chǎn)量,促進(jìn)天然氣產(chǎn)量快速增長,必須大力推進(jìn)煤層氣、頁巖氣等非常規(guī)資源的開發(fā)利用。我國東北地區(qū)煤層氣資源原始儲量豐富,開發(fā)煤層氣對黑龍江、吉林、遼寧三省地區(qū)發(fā)展,居民生活有重要意義。本文以國內(nèi)外煤層氣勘探開發(fā)的現(xiàn)有學(xué)術(shù)成果作為指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ),采用文獻(xiàn)研究、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法進(jìn)行研究。首先,了解相關(guān)的理論知識,明確了煤層氣的概念與特征、煤層氣的開采方式等,并與常規(guī)天然氣進(jìn)行了比較。同時提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的概念、意義,以及本論文中利用的理論知識點(diǎn)和理論研究方法。其次,分析了現(xiàn)今國內(nèi)外煤層氣勘探開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,對國內(nèi)外煤層氣的資源儲量和開采利用狀況進(jìn)行了探討。再次,詳細(xì)對我國東北地區(qū)煤層氣的資源分布、勘探情況、利用情況等進(jìn)行了分別說明。同時深入現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,通過采訪、填寫調(diào)查問卷等方式,篩選影響我國東北地區(qū)煤層氣勘探開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略選擇的關(guān)鍵性因素,構(gòu)建了SWOT模型,得出當(dāng)前我國東北地區(qū)煤層氣勘探開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略為機(jī)會型增長戰(zhàn)略。最后,依據(jù)機(jī)會型增長戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展要求,基于技術(shù)路線圖法設(shè)計一套具體的戰(zhàn)略方案。
[Abstract]:According to the current energy situation of our country, although great achievements have been made in the energy development of our country, the problem of energy security has become more prominent along with the rapid development of our country's economy and society. In order to stabilize domestic oil production and promote the rapid growth of natural gas production, it is necessary to vigorously promote the development and utilization of unconventional resources such as coalbed methane, shale gas and so on, in order to stabilize domestic oil production and promote the rapid growth of natural gas production. The development of coal bed methane is of great significance to the development of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces and residents' life. Based on the existing academic achievements of coalbed methane exploration and development at home and abroad, this paper adopts literature research, data analysis and other methods to study. Firstly, the concept and characteristics of CBM and the exploitation mode of CBM are defined and compared with conventional natural gas. At the same time, the concept and significance of industry and industrial strategic management are put forward, as well as the theoretical knowledge points and theoretical research methods used in this paper. Secondly, the present situation of coalbed methane exploration and development at home and abroad is analyzed, and the resource reserves and exploitation and utilization of CBM at home and abroad are discussed. Thirdly, the distribution, exploration and utilization of coalbed methane in Northeast China are explained in detail. At the same time, the key factors influencing the strategic choice of coalbed methane exploration and development in Northeast China are screened through in-depth field investigation, interviews and questionnaires, and the SWOT model is constructed. It is concluded that the exploration and development strategy of coalbed methane in Northeast China is an opportunistic growth strategy. Finally, according to the development requirements of the opportunistic growth strategy, a set of specific strategic plan is designed based on the technology roadmap method.
