超聲作用下煤巖細(xì)觀損傷演化模型及增滲機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:滲透率是指在一定壓差下,多孔介質(zhì)材料允許流體通過的能力,是描述多孔介質(zhì)滲透性的重要物理參數(shù)。依據(jù)連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)和唯象理論,在細(xì)觀尺度上考慮了超聲二次損傷對(duì)顆粒煤巖滲透率的重要影響,建立了超聲激勵(lì)過程中機(jī)械及熱效應(yīng)導(dǎo)致的有效應(yīng)力和損傷量的理論模型。開展了不同氣體壓力下顆粒煤巖滲透率測(cè)定試驗(yàn),擬合得到了滲透率與氣體壓力之間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,建立了煤巖氣測(cè)滲透率、有效應(yīng)力和二次損傷量間的關(guān)系模型。結(jié)果表明:超聲作用能夠有效提高顆粒煤巖體系的滲透率,有效應(yīng)力的逐漸增大是超聲增滲的主要原因;接觸顆粒面元間損傷的增加和顯著的熱效應(yīng)是滲透率增長(zhǎng)率下降的主要影響因素。研究工作對(duì)煤層氣增滲機(jī)理及優(yōu)化開采具有重要的科學(xué)意義和工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Permeability refers to the ability of porous media to allow fluid to pass through under a certain pressure difference. It is an important physical parameter to describe the permeability of porous media. According to the theory of continuum mechanics and phenomenology, the influence of secondary ultrasonic damage on the permeability of granular coal is considered on a meso-scale, and a theoretical model of the effective stress and damage caused by mechanical and thermal effects during ultrasonic excitation is established. The experiment of permeability measurement of granular coal and rock under different gas pressure was carried out, the empirical formula between permeability and gas pressure was obtained by fitting, and the relationship model between permeability, effective stress and secondary damage of coal and rock gas was established. The results show that ultrasonic can effectively improve the permeability of granular coal and rock system, and the increase of effective stress is the main reason of ultrasonic infiltration. The increase of damage between contact particles and the significant thermal effect are the main factors influencing the decrease of permeability growth rate. The research is of great scientific significance and practical value to the mechanism of coalbed methane infiltration and optimization of mining.
