有限元法重復(fù)壓裂數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:低滲透油藏的開(kāi)發(fā)主要以水力壓裂為主。在油氣井的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,由于油藏或者壓裂工藝方面的原因可能導(dǎo)致水力裂縫失效,造成產(chǎn)量遞減,必須對(duì)油氣井進(jìn)行重復(fù)壓裂,才能充分發(fā)揮儲(chǔ)層潛力,保證油氣井穩(wěn)產(chǎn),增產(chǎn)。本文應(yīng)用有限元法易于處理復(fù)雜邊界,網(wǎng)格劃分靈活等特點(diǎn),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)重復(fù)壓裂數(shù)值模擬研究。本文基于有限元法處理二維油水兩相滲流問(wèn)題,建立了油-水兩相滲流問(wèn)題有限元方程并進(jìn)行求解,裂縫采用線單元處理,地層采用任意三角形單元處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)重復(fù)壓裂裂縫失效、改造時(shí)機(jī)、改造方式的油藏?cái)?shù)值模擬研究。本文針對(duì)直井和水平井重復(fù)壓裂問(wèn)題,研究了裂縫失效對(duì)油井產(chǎn)能的影響,其中采用指數(shù)函數(shù)處理裂縫滲透率隨時(shí)間變化的過(guò)程,研究了重復(fù)壓裂改造時(shí)機(jī)對(duì)直井、水平井開(kāi)發(fā)效果的影響規(guī)律,研究了不同重復(fù)壓裂方式對(duì)直井、水平井開(kāi)發(fā)效果的影響規(guī)律。通過(guò)對(duì)模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果的對(duì)比分析,得出有意義的結(jié)論,研究表明裂縫的失效對(duì)油井產(chǎn)能影響較大,直井和水平的重復(fù)壓裂最優(yōu)時(shí)機(jī)為6年,直井和水平井的最優(yōu)重復(fù)壓裂改造方式為加長(zhǎng)壓開(kāi)老縫。該結(jié)論對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)壓裂施工提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic fracturing is the main development of low permeability reservoir. In the production process of oil and gas wells, hydraulic fracture failure may be caused by the reasons of reservoir or fracturing technology, which may lead to the decline of production. It is necessary to refracture the oil and gas wells in order to give full play to the reservoir potential and ensure the stable production of oil and gas wells. Increase production. In this paper, the finite element method is used to deal with the complex boundary easily and the mesh division is flexible, so the numerical simulation of repeated fracturing is successfully realized. In this paper, based on the finite element method (FEM), the finite element equation of oil-water two-phase seepage is established and solved. The fracture is treated by line element, and the formation is treated by any triangle element. The reservoir numerical simulation of the failure of fracture, the opportunity of reconstruction and the mode of reconstruction is realized. In this paper, the effect of fracture failure on the productivity of vertical and horizontal wells is studied, in which the process of fracture permeability changing with time is treated by exponential function, and the effect of the opportunity of repeated fracturing on vertical wells is studied. The effect of different fracturing methods on the development effect of horizontal well and horizontal well is studied. Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results, a meaningful conclusion is drawn. The results show that the failure of fractures has a great influence on the productivity of oil wells, and the optimal time for vertical and horizontal repeated fracturing is 6 years. The optimal refracturing method for vertical well and horizontal well is to open the old fracture with extended pressure. This conclusion provides theoretical guidance for field fracturing operation.
