致密砂巖氣藏鉆井損害對(duì)產(chǎn)能的影響研究

【摘要】:致密砂巖氣藏資源豐富,是未來天然氣儲(chǔ)量增長(zhǎng)上產(chǎn)的重要領(lǐng)域之一。由于致密砂巖儲(chǔ)層具有特殊的地質(zhì)特征,在鉆井過程中極易受到損害。分析不同鉆井方式下的儲(chǔ)層損害程度,研究鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害對(duì)氣井產(chǎn)能的影響,對(duì)于致密砂巖氣藏鉆井過程中的儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)及產(chǎn)能預(yù)測(cè)研究具有重要意義。本文以致密砂巖氣藏鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害的地質(zhì)特征分析為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)和鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害下的產(chǎn)能預(yù)測(cè)模型的研究,取得了以下主要研究成果: (1)通過對(duì)我國(guó)部分致密氣藏?fù)p害儲(chǔ)層的地質(zhì)特征進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)及電鏡掃描等實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià),分析了鉆井過程中致密砂巖儲(chǔ)層潛在的損害類型; (2)通過相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法開展了不同鉆井方式下的儲(chǔ)層損害實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià),分析了不同鉆井方式下的滲透率損害程度; (3)基于鉆井液在不同鉆井方式下的侵入深度數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)了裸眼完井條件下考慮鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害的穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)能預(yù)測(cè)模型;建立了基于Monte-Carlo的氣井產(chǎn)能不確定性評(píng)價(jià)方法,編制了基于鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害的氣井穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)能概率模型計(jì)算程序,通過實(shí)例分析了鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害對(duì)穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)能的影響; (4)建立了考慮氣體滲流和巖石變形的致密砂巖氣藏動(dòng)態(tài)產(chǎn)能數(shù)學(xué)模型,同時(shí)建立了基于Weibull分布規(guī)律模擬真實(shí)儲(chǔ)層的方法,以實(shí)際致密砂巖氣井參數(shù)為例,通過COMSOL多物理場(chǎng)耦合模擬軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值求解,并分析了鉆井儲(chǔ)層損害對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)產(chǎn)能的影響。 研究成果可以為不同鉆井方式下的儲(chǔ)層損害評(píng)價(jià)及產(chǎn)能預(yù)測(cè)提供科學(xué)方法,并為利用合理的鉆井方式開發(fā)致密砂巖氣藏提供決策方法。
[Abstract]:The tight sandstone gas reservoir is rich in resources and is one of the important fields in the future natural gas reserves growth. Because tight sandstone reservoir has special geological characteristics, it is easy to be damaged during drilling. It is of great significance for reservoir protection and productivity prediction in tight sandstone gas reservoirs to analyze the degree of reservoir damage under different drilling modes and to study the effect of drilling reservoir damage on gas well productivity. Based on the analysis of geological characteristics of drilling reservoir damage in tight sandstone gas reservoir, through the laboratory evaluation of drilling reservoir damage and the research of productivity prediction model under drilling reservoir damage, the main research results are obtained as follows: 1) the potential damage types of tight sandstone reservoirs during drilling are analyzed by statistical analysis and electron microscope scanning on the geological characteristics of some tight gas reservoirs in China. 2) through the corresponding evaluation methods, the experimental evaluation of reservoir damage under different drilling modes is carried out, and the degree of permeability damage under different drilling modes is analyzed. Based on the invasion depth mathematical model of drilling fluid under different drilling methods, the steady productivity prediction model considering drilling reservoir damage under open hole completion condition is derived, and the method of evaluating the uncertainty of gas well productivity based on Monte-Carlo is established. The calculation program of steady-state productivity probability model of gas well based on drilling reservoir damage is worked out, and the influence of drilling reservoir damage on steady productivity is analyzed by examples. The dynamic productivity mathematical model of tight sandstone gas reservoir considering gas percolation and rock deformation is established, and the method of simulating real reservoir based on Weibull distribution law is established. The actual tight sandstone gas well parameters are taken as an example. The model is solved numerically by COMSOL multi-physical field coupling simulation software, and the influence of drilling reservoir damage on dynamic productivity is analyzed. The research results can provide a scientific method for reservoir damage assessment and productivity prediction under different drilling modes and a decision method for developing tight sandstone gas reservoirs with reasonable drilling methods.
