壓縮式密封膠筒密封性能及可靠性設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:壓縮式密封膠筒是封隔器的關(guān)鍵部件,膠筒的密封性能直接影響封隔器在井下對油層的分層效果及油井的開采效率。本文根據(jù)壓縮式封隔器密封膠筒的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作特點,研究了壓縮式密封膠筒的密封機理和失效機理。分析封隔器在初封階段和工作階段膠筒的密封原理,及其對應(yīng)的自由變形、約束變形和穩(wěn)定變形三種變形狀況下的工作特性。通過建立膠筒密封性能數(shù)值分析模型,應(yīng)用壓力法分析了膠筒在自由變形、約束變形和穩(wěn)定變形階段的材料、幾何和應(yīng)力變化等非線性關(guān)系,得出膠筒密封性能的數(shù)值計算模型,并確立了封隔器膠筒密封性能判別準(zhǔn)則。通過建立了壓縮式封隔器膠筒密封的非線性有限元模型,從其材料非線性、幾何結(jié)構(gòu)的非線性和膠筒接觸力學(xué)的非線性特點,綜合應(yīng)用于膠筒密封性能分析中,模擬分析膠筒在密封過程中變形、應(yīng)力的分布特點,并與數(shù)值分析模型進(jìn)行對比。應(yīng)用有限元分析模型分析了復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)、載荷多變的密封膠筒的密封性能分析,應(yīng)用該分析模型分析膠筒結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計端面尺寸結(jié)構(gòu)、支撐環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)、隔環(huán)設(shè)計等因素對膠筒密封性能的影響分析。從影響膠筒密封性能的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和材料設(shè)計角度,通過分析膠筒應(yīng)力集中的數(shù)值計算模型,結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性概率分析法的四階矩技術(shù),分析膠筒結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、材料參數(shù)以及載荷在非正態(tài)分布隨機不確定性變化影響下膠筒密封性能的可靠性及靈敏度分析計算。分析得出影響膠筒密封可靠性的主要影響參數(shù)及參數(shù)變化的靈敏度分析,該分析方法可作為工程應(yīng)用中膠筒的可靠性評估指標(biāo)及結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)設(shè)計的依據(jù),為壓縮式封隔器膠筒的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)和方法指導(dǎo),對提高封隔器膠筒的密封性能和可靠性具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Compression seal cylinder is the key component of Packer. The sealing performance of the Packer directly affects the oil layer stratification effect and the production efficiency of oil well. According to the structure and working characteristics of compressed Packer, the sealing mechanism and failure mechanism of compressed Packer are studied in this paper. This paper analyzes the sealing principle of the Packer in the initial sealing stage and the working stage, and the working characteristics of the Packer under three kinds of deformation conditions: free deformation, constrained deformation and stable deformation. By establishing a numerical analysis model of cylinder seal performance, the nonlinear relationships of materials, geometry and stress changes in free deformation, confined deformation and stable deformation are analyzed by means of pressure method. The numerical calculation model of the seal performance of rubber cylinder is obtained, and the criterion of the seal performance of the Packer cylinder is established. The nonlinear finite element model of rubber cylinder seal of compression Packer is established. According to the nonlinear characteristics of material, geometric structure and contact mechanics, the model is applied to the performance analysis of rubber cylinder seal. The characteristics of deformation and stress distribution in the sealing process are simulated and compared with the numerical analysis model. Finite element analysis model is used to analyze the sealing performance of the sealant cylinder with complex structure and variable load. The end face dimension structure and supporting ring structure of the cylinder structure are analyzed by using the model. The influence of the ring design on the seal performance of rubber cylinder is analyzed. From the point of view of structural design and material design which affect the sealing performance of rubber cylinder, the structural parameters of rubber tube are analyzed by analyzing the numerical model of stress concentration and combining with the four-order moment technique of probability analysis of structural reliability. The reliability and sensitivity of the sealing performance of rubber cylinder are calculated under the influence of material parameters and loads under the influence of random uncertainty of non-normal distribution. The sensitivity analysis of the main parameters affecting the reliability of rubber cylinder seal and the variation of the parameters are obtained. The analytical method can be used as the basis for the reliability evaluation index and structural parameter design of the rubber tube in engineering application. It provides the theoretical basis and method guidance for the structure design of the compression Packer rubber cylinder. It is of great significance to improve the sealing performance and reliability of the Packer rubber cylinder.
