井下噴射孔結(jié)構(gòu)壓降計算中流量系數(shù)的探討

【摘要】:石油鉆采工程中有大量噴嘴、射孔孔眼等噴射孔結(jié)構(gòu),在復(fù)雜工程流體下,其噴射壓降計算流量系數(shù)選取范圍大,嚴重影響工藝設(shè)計和施工安全。為此,基于鉆采、壓裂和套管射孔中常見的噴射孔結(jié)構(gòu)壓降計算公式,分析了影響噴射孔壓降計算的主要因素,采用數(shù)值模擬方法,得出了圓錐、圓弧帶圓柱出口的噴射孔結(jié)構(gòu)流量系數(shù)計算公式,并考慮流體物性對流量系數(shù)的影響,給出了流量系數(shù)的統(tǒng)一計算公式。經(jīng)實驗和數(shù)值仿真計算,驗證了該流量系數(shù)公式的可靠性,為石油鉆采工程中噴嘴、射孔孔眼等噴射孔結(jié)構(gòu)的壓降計算提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of nozzle and perforation hole structure in oil drilling and production engineering. Under complex engineering fluid, the calculation flow coefficient of injection pressure drop is chosen in a wide range, which seriously affects the safety of process design and construction. Therefore, based on the common formula for calculating pressure drop of injection hole structure in drilling, fracturing and casing perforation, the main factors affecting the calculation of jet hole pressure drop are analyzed, and the cone is obtained by using numerical simulation method. The calculation formula of flow coefficient of jet hole structure with circular arc with cylindrical outlet is given. Considering the influence of fluid physical property on flow coefficient, a unified formula for calculating flow coefficient is given. The reliability of the flow coefficient formula is verified by experiments and numerical simulation, which provides a theoretical basis for the pressure drop calculation of nozzle and perforation hole structure in oil drilling and production engineering.
