【摘要】:采用高壓釜考察了不同反應溫度下煤焦油減壓渣油(CTVR)的臨氫催化熱裂化反應行為,并采用改進的B-L法分析了反應前后瀝青質組成結構,采用SEM、FT-IR等手段表征了原料及反應產物中甲苯不溶物。結果表明,隨著反應溫度的升高,CTVR臨氫催化熱裂化轉化率提高,而反應產物中甲苯不溶物質量分數先減少后增大,在反應溫度360℃時甲苯不溶物質量分數達到最小值。CTVR中甲苯不溶物由無機礦物質和有機化合物組成,其中的有機化合物在較低溫度下部分轉化成減壓餾分油與減壓渣油。隨著反應溫度升高,CTVR臨氫催化熱裂化產物中瀝青質質量分數略有增加,超過350℃時,瀝青質開始縮合生成甲苯不溶物,導致瀝青質質量分數迅速降低。
[Abstract]:The catalytic cracking behavior of coal tar vacuum residue CTVRat different reaction temperatures was investigated by autoclave, and the asphaltene composition before and after the reaction was analyzed by modified B-L method. Toluene insoluble compounds in raw materials and reaction products were characterized by SEM- FT-IR. The results showed that the conversion rate of CTVR increased with the increase of reaction temperature, while the mass fraction of toluene insoluble compounds in the reaction products first decreased and then increased.
