南三油庫輸油系統(tǒng)節(jié)能降耗優(yōu)化分析

【摘要】:南三油庫于現(xiàn)有24座大型儲油罐,其中,5萬立方米儲油罐12座,10萬立方米儲油罐2座,15萬立方米儲油罐10座,設(shè)計儲量已達(dá)到230萬立方米,其它主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)施有:輸油泵房3座;原油計量間3座;消防泵房1座;鍋爐房1座;變電所1座;俄油接卸棧橋1座,汽車裝車場1座。油庫主要負(fù)責(zé)接收、計量大慶油田采油一至六廠和九廠原油,同時擔(dān)負(fù)向東北石油管道公司、大慶聯(lián)誼石化股份有限公司外輸原油,并計量交接任務(wù),擔(dān)負(fù)進(jìn)口俄油儲運、計量、輸送等任務(wù)。在輸送和儲存過程中,原油周轉(zhuǎn)周期相對較長,儲罐溫降相對增大,因此,隨著原油溫度下降,輸油管線極易凝堵,導(dǎo)致輸油泵頻率加大,輸油泵運行時耗電會有所上升,其輸送能力和承受壓力有所下降,將導(dǎo)致全線生產(chǎn)能耗增多的問題,并且全線生產(chǎn)存在一定的風(fēng)險。因此,為了保證原油安全、高效的輸送到目的地又能減少運輸成本,做好儲罐的運行方式,達(dá)到即完成輸油任務(wù),又節(jié)能降耗的目的。油庫輸油系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備包括:儲油罐及其附屬設(shè)備、輸油泵及其附屬設(shè)備、加熱爐及其附屬設(shè)備等。文章首先分析了儲油罐的類型,并通過列表格的方式,對大慶原油和俄羅斯原油的物性和類別進(jìn)行了對比。通過串聯(lián)運行和并聯(lián)運行兩種情況,說明了儲油罐的最優(yōu)運行方式。而通過儲油罐及其附屬設(shè)施、輸油泵和加熱爐及其附屬設(shè)施夏季和冬季不同的運行方案以及事故解決方案的分析,得出了冬季和夏季、不同油品儲運的最優(yōu)運行方案。介紹了集輸隊和動力隊節(jié)能措施的應(yīng)用,對影響運行效率的設(shè)備進(jìn)行了改造、更換,并制定出了南三油庫輸油系統(tǒng)節(jié)能降耗的方案,并且通過對近兩年的能耗對比,展示了所取得的節(jié)能降耗效果。
[Abstract]:Nan3 Oil Depot has 24 large oil storage tanks, of which 12 are 50, 000 cubic meters, 2 are 100000 cubic meters and 10 are 150000 cubic meters. The designed reserves have reached 2.3 million cubic meters. Other main production facilities are: oil pump room 3; crude oil metering room 3; fire pump room 1; boiler room 1; substation 1; Rosneft unloading trestle 1; truck loading yard 1. The oil depot is mainly responsible for receiving and measuring crude oil from No. 1 to No. 6 and No. 9 plants in Daqing Oilfield, and at the same time it is responsible for exporting crude oil to the Northeast Petroleum Pipeline Company and Daqing Lianyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and responsible for measuring the transfer of oil and taking charge of importing Russian oil storage and transportation. Metering, conveying, etc. In the process of transportation and storage, the turnover period of crude oil is relatively long, and the temperature drop of storage tank is relatively increased. Therefore, with the decrease of crude oil temperature, the oil pipeline is easily clogged, which leads to the increase of the frequency of the oil pump and the increase of the electricity consumption of the oil pump when it is in operation. The decrease of transportation capacity and pressure will lead to the increase of energy consumption in the whole production line, and there are some risks in the whole line production. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of crude oil, the efficient transportation to the destination can reduce the transportation cost, do a good job of the operation of the storage tank, and achieve the purpose of oil transportation, energy saving and consumption reduction. The main equipment of oil transportation system includes: oil storage tank and its auxiliary equipment, oil pump and its accessory equipment, heating furnace and its auxiliary equipment, etc. In this paper, the types of oil storage tanks are analyzed, and the physical properties and types of Daqing crude oil and Russian crude oil are compared by tabulation. The optimal operation mode of oil storage tank is illustrated by two cases of series operation and parallel operation. Through the analysis of different operation schemes of oil storage tank and its auxiliary facilities, oil pump and heating furnace and its auxiliary facilities in summer and winter, as well as the analysis of accident solution, the optimal operation scheme of different oil storage and transportation in winter and summer is obtained. This paper introduces the application of energy saving measures for gathering and transporting teams and power teams, reconstructs and replaces the equipment that affects the operation efficiency, and formulates a scheme for energy saving and consumption reduction in the oil transportation system of the South No.3 Oil Depot, and compares the energy consumption in the last two years. The effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is demonstrated.
